I got the combo plater and all the meat was dry. The brisket taste like pot roast. Worse BBQ I have ever had. Sony’s blows it out of the water which is crazy. Best thing was the green beans and they were just normal green beans, was very disappointing. Was a waste of 28 bucks. The turkey also had a nasty smoke flavor not a good smoke flavor. Definitely not eating here again. Service was good and server was very nice the only good thing was that and the ribs the ribs were actually really good and tender other then that garbage bbq.
Tried this place again with several buddies recently.... greatly dissapointed. The food looked good on the plate, but... The pricey large brisket plate tasted old, mushy and not impressive.....some of the pieces were dry and stringy. Coleslaw tasted edgy like it was old. Texas Toast and Beer were good. Service was friendly and fast. Appetizers were deep fried...seemed old too. May have been reheated. In general, the food was not impressive. Will not be back for a while. I regret bringing my friends there. Nice venue and crew. I hope they turn this around.
The food was really dissappointing. All of it tasted old. Ordered the large brisket meal, 3 of us. Dinner time. The brisket seemed like it was sitting in a pot for long time. Not fresh at all and all brown and mushy. The baked beans were kinda crusty and just tasted old like they were reheated leftovers. Just very disappointed in that we had ordered their top of the line meal and it tasted old and unfresh. Reheated? The service was good and staff friendly.
Coleslaw was brown
My family was very excited to take us all to this restaurant because of the great experiences they’ve had here in the past. Overall, the evening started off well—the server was excellent, very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.
However, the margarita I ordered didn’t taste like it had any alcohol and didn’t resemble a typical margarita. It wasn’t a big deal to me, and I politely asked for a different drink. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn when the manager, John, came to our table and argued about removing the drink from the bill. I found his attitude unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional, especially given how minor the issue was.
It was disappointing to have such a negative interaction in what was otherwise a nice evening. A little more understanding and professionalism from management would have gone a long way.
Very disappointing BBQ!
On the surface, this place looked very promising. Very nice location with plenty of parking. Inside was decorated with funny sayings and various items typically found in similar BBQ restaurants. The service was good, but not noteworthy. As for the food, my wife, kids, and I were all very disappointed.
Brisket - My wife ordered the brisket and she said Costco’s ready-made brisket tasted better. Not to say Costco’s brisket is bad or anything, but you expect a BBQ joint to be better.
Ribs - I ordered the special, which was a rack of ribs. I chose the “smoked” corn on the cob and collard greens as my sides. The ribs were so, so. The corn had NO signs of being smoked, just dipped in butter. The corn bread the came with the ribs was room temperature and tiny, like a mini muffin. Also, of the 5 in-house sauces available, none were desirable. Too runny and vinegary for my taste.
Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review, but I was kinda pricey for food that was barely okay. The special, rack of ribs, was $30 just by itself.
If you’re in the mood for BBQ, I’d recommend dining elsewhere.
There’s not too many great BBQ joints around here and this one is good, not great. We started with the burnt ends. There were about 7 pieces and they were dry. We ordered the Combo Entree which has ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey and beef. You can substitute brisket for the beef for an up charge. The ribs were overdone, the beef was dry, the pulled pork was good, the turkey and chicken were both excellent. I had the turnip greens and my husband had the baked beans, both of which were very tasty. We spent over $80 on four tall beers, one appetizer and an entree we split. We do like the inside/outside bar setup and Nick the bartender was great.
This place is amazing!!! Baby back ribs for the win!!! Get your tots loaded and have the hot BBQ sauce! Pulled pork was great as well!! Kids are their weight in meat and the onion rings were amazing! We will be back for sure!!
Sat and waited and never got waited on . We just left
The sliced pork is excellent, I didn't care for the signature bun, Had reg. Burger buns at home.
Parking: Access from the main road is not lit at night -hard to see . Same problem on exiting.

$50 wasted. Giant pretzel was a deep fried greasy mess we couldn’t get down. We got the BBQ platter. More fat than actual edible food. First and last time.

Food was sub par at best. My seat (booth) was not even stable, felt like I was leaning the entire time. I've had better BBQ at a gas station. Very disappointed.
