The bowl I had was fire! Small bowl with a spinach base, blackened chicken, edamame, broccoli, shredded mozzerella cheese, and the pesto sauce. I am watching what I eat, so it was very exciting to find this plate. Everything is so customizable and seasoned to perfection. It makes eating healthy easy. I ordered ahead and picked up at the counter. I was promptly greeted with a smile and a Welcome. The have outside seating too if you want. I definitly will be back.

First time eating here. It was seriously excellent. I went a bit extreme and got double blackened chicken on the Bangkok warm bowl, substitute zucchini noodles. Great portion size and super fresh and flavorful. Bravo! Very helpful employee guided me through ordering.

I ordered the comfort bowl yesterday around noon. A few hours after eating it, I became sick with nausea and then severe vomiting and diarrhea. I pray no other customers are affected because this is awful.

I had a bowl and my husband had a wrap&smoothie. All were delicious and fresh😋.
The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and the staff is very friendly.

We will definitely be back ☺️

It’s healthy food fast. So I love you can pick the items you want in your bowl then add your protein then your favorite sauce. Everything is made to order. You can also order other items like wraps, salads, smoothies and a kids menu. Smoothies were delicious, my bowl (chicken teriyaki and vegetables and rice,) was excellent, and service was reasonably quick. We ate inside but they have take out as well. So far we have been back twice.

Owners are incredible and always go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Healthiest place in Melbourne! We have also catered with them for my husband’s surprise party and Sasha (owner) was AMAZING through it all. Food is always a huge hit and delicious!

The food is good I just wish the romaine was chopped more and had more Fiji apples or chopped them up to spread it. Love the blackened chicken and salmon.The prices are decent with an easy pick up stand. If you eat in you will be waiting a long time as they cook to order and they get busy.

A wonderful service from the staff, they were very open and friendly, while having small talk making the experience much more enjoyable. The food was fantastic!! Couldn’t even get through have of it without getting full, can’t wait to have leftovers for dinner!😂

The bowls are truly fresh! The tender and workers are very helpful! You can eat from SoFresh many times and feel guilt free because all of the ingredients are fresh.
