The food is good I just wish the romaine was chopped more and had more Fiji apples or chopped them up to spread it. Love the blackened chicken and salmon.The prices are decent with an easy pick up stand. If you eat in you will be waiting a long time as they cook to order and they get busy.

A wonderful service from the staff, they were very open and friendly, while having small talk making the experience much more enjoyable. The food was fantastic!! Couldn’t even get through have of it without getting full, can’t wait to have leftovers for dinner!😂

The bowls are truly fresh! The tender and workers are very helpful! You can eat from SoFresh many times and feel guilt free because all of the ingredients are fresh.

The meat is dry and the bases are boring. I wish it was as good as the other fresh food options in Orlando but it just doesn’t have the same magic to it.

I was very disappointed with my experience at SoFresh Viera—not because of the food, but because of the way the business is run. The owners, Paul and Sacha, come across as extremely egotistical and disrespectful, especially in how they treat their staff. There’s a noticeable lack of professionalism and empathy in their management style, and it creates a negative atmosphere for both employees and customers alike.

It’s disheartening to see talented team members being treated poorly and undervalued. A successful business isn’t just about the product—it’s about leadership, culture, and how people are treated behind the scenes. Unfortunately, SoFresh Viera misses the mark in that regard.

I was very excited when I saw this opened. I'm a big fan of fresh kitchen but the closest is in Orlando. They did not disappoint. The food is fresh and the service is quick. The staff is friendly and they have pretty decent portion sizes. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

My coworkers and I stopped in for lunch today. Good was delicious, the servings left us feeling full and best yet, the food was healthy. I definitely didn't ruin any progress or gains I achieved at the gym this week. Will return.
