Very long wait times in drive thru and order rarely correct even when ordering black coffee 🤷♀️
I confirmed with the drive through operator that my drink was iced. when I got to the window I was handed a hot white mocha instead. I reminded her that I had said iced. she apologized and handed me the hot one telling me she would make me another one and I could give the hot one to a friend. three minutes later she returned and said she needed the hot one back for a moment and then she would return it to me. I was then told to pull up. I did and then another five minutes later...read full review
