Usually love you guys but idk what has happened recently I get caffeinated drinks when I ask for decaf and when I ask to please make sure it's decaf I get a lecture on how I decaf is actually caffeinated as if I cant feel the clear difference in my physiology after 20 years of drinking coffee.... separately when we request light ice... please stop filling the cup to the top with ice. Yall have always been on point.. please just pay more attention

It took to long to get my coffee.. my friends cappuccino was served first then 10 mins later my coffee was served, and it was cold- so please answer this shouldn't both coffees be served at or near the same time?

Almost received the wrong drink, she asked what we ordered so I corrected her. She kind of had an attitude about it... but whatever. I wasn't being confrontational at all, people have bad days so I left it alone. Finally received the drink and it's curled. I didn't realize it until I was half way back to where I needed to be. I just spend $20 plus a tip for this drink and a sandwich? I can't drink this. Why would you serve your customers something you wouldn't drink yourself? I won't be coming back to this establishment.

Came through the drive through and had a terrible experience because of one of the workers. Came to the window and she immediately had an attitude and rolling her eyes, i had to ask her a question and she had a bad attitude and it showed through her facial expressions. Acted annoyed with everything i asked her. I got a grande drink and was confused as to why it was so expensive, when i asked very nicely. My drink also didn’t have cold foam on it and i ordered it and when i told her she just grabbed it and turned around.

I’m writing this message as a long-time, loyal customer who is beyond frustrated, shocked, and genuinely concerned about what I witnessed at your location this past Friday around 9–9:30 AM.

My friends and I have been coming to this spot for years. We love the workers. We love the atmosphere. They handle the morning rush with grace, energy, and teamwork that’s honestly rare to see these days. We’ve always admired how well they manage the crowd—until this week, when it all came crashing down thanks to a single individual.

A man in a black polo shirt, who we later found out was the district manager, sat in the corner like a watchdog and micromanaged every single thing your hard-working employees were doing. During rush hour. The busiest time of the day. Instead of helping or supporting the team, he disrupted everything. His presence alone brought tension, but then he started interfering with every detail of operations, creating absolute chaos.

It was painful to watch.

You could literally see the stress on the employees’ faces. You could see the customers getting uncomfortable, turning around, and walking out. It was like watching someone who had no idea what they were doing try to play “boss” in the middle of a crisis—and only making things worse. The flow, the system, the teamwork your staff clearly worked hard to build? He shattered it in minutes.

Let me be absolutely clear: if this is the kind of leadership you have representing your company, you are headed toward a disaster. That man is not fit for the position. He’s unprofessional, unqualified, and from what we saw, downright toxic. If you care at all about your business, your customers, and—most importantly—your employees, you need to remove him before he drives this location into the ground.

Please, hear me out. I’ve run businesses for many years. I’ve seen what happens when people like him are given power: your best employees start quitting. Not because the job is hard or underpaid, but because of people like him who destroy morale and suffocate good work.

Don’t let that happen here. You’ve got a great team at this location. Please don’t let one misguided, power-hungry manager undo everything they’ve built.

I'm super disappointed at how our group was treated at this location. 9 of us were out for a scavenger hunt, celebrating our friend's 50th bday, stopping at multiple businesses around town, experiencing great customer service and spending money at each one. EXCEPT FOR this location! Upon seeing our group someone came out (later I heard her name was Danny) to say we would have to leave if we didn't order anything. We had been there for maybe 2 minutes, some of the ladies were trying to decide what to purchase and I was chatting with a starbucks barista who I had worked with in the past because I was a barista at the Starbucks at the Viera Target location. I was appalled at the lack of customer service skills from this one worker . We were so put off by it that we all left without purchasing anything and took our money to Urban Prime where we were properly treated. I hope this is not Starbucks policy, and while Britney(the girl at the register) was absolutely great! Danny(who came out of nowhere to tell us to order or leave) ruined the experience for all of us. I am hoping she will learn from this experience and not make the same mistake in the future.

I love going to this Starbucks location! Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and the drinks are always made well. Morgan and Andrea are my favorite baristas! They always great me by name, and get super happy to see my dog whenever we come through. Thank you all at this location for being amazing!

Andrea is a shining star at this location! I had previously not even considered leaving a review at a Starbucks location; the thought just hadn't crossed my mind. Exemplary service, however, deserves praise.

Andrea is friendly, efficient, and even remembers my name when I order, despite only coming by a couple days out of the week. With the thousands of customers these folks see, that is impressive and noteworthy!
