Delivery took 2 hours, food arrived ice cold, modification instructions were not followed. I recommend trying one of the many other phillys cheese steak places in the area as this was a disappointing experience by all metrics.

6pm Friday night pizza was so bad I couldn't even finish a slice. Tasted like they made a cheese pie at noon and added my toppings and reheated it. Just nasty... The sauce was too sweet and the cheese tasted expired/ sour. And "well done" must mean soggy these days... We disputed the cc charge. Done giving this place a chance

Foods was amazing. Love the picture and the designs on the walls. Lovely cashier was very sweet and patient with us as there were so many delicious options. It is a small space and it wasn't busy for my family and I to eat there. Their hot sauce is delicious as well

Had a to go order The original Philly cheesesteak. There was only meat, no cheese , no onions , no Mushrooms, No green peppers!
It was dry couldn’t eat! Talked to the store she didn’t care!
Didn’t ask for my name or anything!

Great food. We had the Greek gyro and the Texas Tommy all beef bacon wrapped foot long. Recommend the voodoo fries too!

Pizza was good. Ordered through their website and asked for bacon on half of the Dilly Dilly pizza since some of the people eating are vegetarian. Got home and they put bacon on the whole pizza. I called to ask if I could bring it back for them to correct the order and was told I need to contact their online ordering company for a refund and would need to reorder the item. It shows a complete lack for accountability for systems they endorse/use. I didn't ask for a free pizza or a discount, all I asked was to have my order corrected and bring back the order that was wrong. Would not recommend to anyone because of the lackluster service.
Edit: I attempted to get this issue corrected and refunded THREE times through the app since that is the only way for me to get my money back. I was told once the manager was off and two other times that he was busy when slice attempted to contact the business to have my refund issued. My issue isn't that I had to go through a third party app to have my order placed or money refunded. Your business selects who you have online ordering through, whether it be in house or third party. If calling the store could get my money refunded, then why wouldn't it be done when I called the first time? Reading these replies to reviews I can see that you have a very hard time taking responsibility for your store and businesses (Slice) YOU choose to use. It's disappointing seeing you just try shifting blame instead of taking ownership and moving on. I would have loved to be a return customer since what we could eat was decent but how you handle criticism by blaming and gaslighting people has definitely given me a sour taste in my mouth.

Was there last week and food was sooo good had the come back for more!! Had the pizza calzone combo… Italian sub and Shroom burger! Yum! Burger was so freaking good! Great service!!

From the South Jersey/Philly area being said that finding a true authentic cheesesteak is so hard. But this one was top notch! So close to back home! So Authentic!! Must try! Bread was amazing, made the cheesesteak. Stuffed with meat and cheese. Very good! Definitely will go back! Only complaint is it was a bit pricey but worth the money!

Straight Outta Philly never fails to serve a good meal. The cheesesteak with wiz is a perfect 10. The gravy on the fries are to die for. I could drink a cup of the gravy. The young lady, during the day, at the front counter is the epitome of customer service. She is super polite and an asset to the organization.

I ordered a chicken philly and a mushroom philly also frys and rings. Nothing was good. The frys seemed undercooked and flavorless, the chicken was dry and my wife only made it through half the sandwich. The mushroom philly wasnt bad but it wasnt special and didnt seem to have the extra mushrooms let alone any, lastthe onion rings where rock hard and cold. I didnt show up late for my order, so im lost as to why the food was cold or not fresh. I can get a better philly at charlies for $10 a meal and i spent $40 for 2 meals! I dont get the hype, never again.

Excellent cheese steak with plenty of meat, cheese and extremely fresh bread. Reminds me of typical Md, Jersey, PA sub shop. Cute Philly decor. My only issue is we took it to go and they used styrofoam container and didn’t vent the box even though the boxes had pre indents for the vents. By time got home the fries were ruined, but I didn’t go there for fries they were included in the special. Gave it a 5 star because the service was great, sub was fantastic and by far closest cheese steak to the famous Philly I grew up on. Best that I’ve found in Melbourne!
