The workers don’t even know the sandwiches I had to tell them they forgot meat that comes on it and there’s black stuff on the ice when it comes out the machine.. I assumed mold but whatever it is it’s disgusting left my two cups I paid for. Definitely just take the extra 10 mins and go to the one off murrell by Publix

Monica was so friendly and helpful. Great service while working solo on a busy morning. The sub was expertly presented tasty and fresh. I asked for extra veggies and it was loaded. I will be here again!

Monica is amazing. I ordered a whole sub and asked for toppings on only half so I could eat the other half tomorrow and it not get soggy. She went above and packed me separate toppings for the next day. Much appreciated!

The One & Only
The young girl that works here looks and act completely miserable and like she’s forced to be there. Ordered a sandwich and she barely put any vegetables on it and I had to keep asking her to add more then tried to wrap my sandwich up before I was finished ordering and had to ask her to unwrap and add condiments to it. For spending almost $20 on a sandwich with chips and a drink I was very disappointed. My sandwich was paper thin despite having to ask her to add more of everything.

The service was great even though the girl working clearly did not want to be at work that day and you never know what the person is going through so felt bad but the food was sub par so I gave 4/5 star
I tried to apply for a job at Subway online, but while I was trying to apply for a job, I end up signing up for the military. What a scam I am just applying for a job, not going to the military. I don’t know why this is weird.

The staff acts like you are a burden to them. The attitude is enough not to go back. If I am going to pay $30 for 2 subway sandwiches, the least you can do is be pleasant. I took the 2 cups to fill my drinks, put ice in, and then found out the iced tea was empty. My boyfriend doesn't drink the soda so I just got him water in the cup since I already had ice. I told the cashier, and she said I should have gotten a different cup and charged me $5.18 for the 2 drinks. So I should throw away a perfectly good cup to use a different plastic cup. Done with them and their attitude.

My wife and I came in tonight. I asked for a substitution on a sandwich and was rudely told that I could not have that; I would have to pay extra. I felt like we were a burden to the employee despite being the only two people in the restaurant.

I've never actually eaten here but I work right down the street and I passed by it every single day and I was driving home from work just now and I saw the sign saying my horse's name is mayo and when I want Mayo it neighs or something like this and I swear I have not laughed this hard in a LONG time and I definitely needed it ???? 10/10 just for the sign
