There was a man and lady , who take pride in what they do! It was so immaculate clean everything looked fresh! They made a great sandwich and the bread was fresh! When everything is fresh and made well Subway is very good! They were both so pleasant ! I felt bad how hot it was in there! This is the location to get a good sandwich!

When I was there the ac was broken. Tammy and Mike did a great job. I felt so sorry for them. They were friendly and professional despite the sweat running down their faces.

There’s a shorter, sort of older lady that works there that has a nasty attitude. Not sure how she is still employed. She is so rude and is obviously in the wrong line of work. I avoid going there because of her, bad for business.

The lady who works in the morning always has a bad attitude. I’ve picked up orders for delivery, and ordered for myself several times, and it’s always the same. She looks at you like you’re stupid, and no matter what you ask her, you’re going to get a snarky response. I won’t be spending anymore of my money here.

Today I took the risk and ordered subway for lunch on fathers day. Thank goodness there is Publix, WaWa, Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes near by because this will be the LAST time I order anything from subway. Yet again, 4 sandwiches ordered and Only one made correctly which couldn't be that hard as it was a meatball sub. Both All American Clubs didn't have any bacon or cheese and too much mayo. The other sub a black hills ham was loaded with all the things my son hates like lettuce, tomatos and green peppers and wasn't ordered with any of that. Someone needs to check on the Senior Citizen running the subway Alone in Rockledge, FL at 3830 Murrell road. She has no idea what she is doing. As far as the other Subway at 2304 Remi Dr they are even worse. Only been there twice and each time all the sandwiches where made with/ without ingedients we did not ordered. We send complaints both time and we knew SUBWAY Doesn't care. Goodbye Subway!!

The woman with grey hair is so rude. Condescending and major attitude. Then again I’d be miserable and have an attitude like that too if I was old and the only job I could get was at subway.
I ordered the spicy steak nacho sandwich online. When I went to pick it up, they mentioned that they had a hick up. They ran out of the bread, and instead, they made my sandwich with the Italian bread I mentioned that I ordered a diferent thing and they replied I'm sorry but is going to take 45 minutes for that bread to come out. I was surprised with the customer service that I got...so I mentioned if the manager was available and one of them said...I'm the manager and I respond.. and that is the customer service that you are giving me? She replied, "You are not getting a free sandwich....OMG!!! I respond, all you have to say is I will give you a discount on your next order but you didn't even say that!!!! After that she said next time call me and I give you a discount Costumer service is not their priority. I mentioned to her....if you order a pizza and went you went to pick it up they mentioned yo you...I'm sorry but we run out regular crust so we made it with cauliflower crust....how would you feel?. Also, I ordered a churro and never got it!!! What a mess

Arrived around 6:45 , 2 employees, one sweeping the floor and the other putting cookies away, we were not acknowledged with a hello we were ignored so we left after 5 minutes of standing at the counter. We never ordered any food. I’m not sure what had happened in society but a hi and we will be right with you would have got my attention and I would not writing this horrible review. Me and my family will not be going to any of the subways again.

So glad I had the older man serving me, the older lady was perturbed and seemed annoyed to have to work. He was so kind and friendly. Deserves a raise...the woman after starting the other ppls sandwich said I gotta go to the bathroom and the man had to finish their order. I am here eating and she still isn't back. Not fair that he is working and she is MIA. SMH

Everytime i come in I have to wait for the 1 person working to make mobile orders while I stand there staring at the wall waiting for people who aren't even there to be taken care of. Will never waste my money or time in this place again.
