Being from South Carolina, I have a bad relationship with a lot of taco bells, but with the crew that is working. The nights at this location, I am starting to change my mind. Especially the gentlemen. James and hunter haveb so much respect and is great at their customer service skills and I feel like they haves have great people skills. I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely disgusted with how this Taco Bell location handled my situation. I got food poisoning after ordering from here and ended up in urgent care, paying out-of-pocket for both the visit and medication. I called the store directly to speak with a manager about being refunded or at least compensated in some way — I wasn’t even demanding cash, just basic accountability.
I was on the phone for eight minutes, and I recorded the entire call, only to be told, “Sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing we can do.” No refund. No store credit. Nothing.
It’s beyond frustrating how incompetent and dismissive the staff and management are. The way they brushed off a serious health issue like this is unacceptable. If you value your health and basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.

The girl at the window was disgusting to me, then her coworker shoved my food at me, when I went to ask for sauce he slammed the window shut and walked away, when we finally got ahold of him again he shoved the sauces out and slammed the window again. I may have frustrated them but this is no way to act

I give credit to their water alone. This is the first place I ordered from that the water doesn't taste bad. The food is good, I ordered a chalupa and street taco. I'm not so sure about the street taco, the taco shell was a little tough... but that water, I will definitely come back for more!

While we were waiting for our food, the taco bell employees were goofing off in the background. When my friend went to go complain about the wait, they told her that they were "really busy". There were maybe 2 cars in the drive-through and just our group in the dining room. Terrible service.

I went through the drive thru twice and they still managed to get my order wrong and forget napkins. Why offer to customize the food you order when the employees can’t be bothered to read what’s in front of them.
Mobile ordered and drove to the store. With about 6 cars in the drive thru line it took approximately 20 minutes to reach the window. At that point, my food was nearly frozen. The portions were also severely lacking on all items we ordered and they didn’t include any sauces despite us putting them in on the app. Really disappointing, will not return to this location despite its convenient location.
