It's a taco bell... The staff here had definitely gotten better and are much more careful to fill orders correctly than they used to be.

This is the BEST and ONLY Taco Bell I go to. The food is fresh, great portions, super clean, and the team is always friendly. Jillian is a phenomenal manager and makes the best burritos!

What's going on at this Taco Bell there are new faces of new employees. They are smoking out by the menu where you order. I was very surprised to see this. They stayed there till we ordered and seen us drive around to the side to pick up our drive-thru then they went inside to prepare our food. Did they wash their hands? Do they not have somewhere to take breaks? Why take a break while the customers are ordering?

The Taco Bell at Rockledge off Barnes fails us every other trip. One visit is great. Food is good. Employees are great. Next visit is completely opposite. The food is horrendous. My nachos are missing several ingredients. The pinto & beans are dry overcooked
overcooke. The first few times we went & I emailed the main website to bring these issues to their attention. I got no reply. Once I downloaded their app, wrote & emailed the store, someone did respond. I think they offered us a free item. I would be happy if they got the order correct and most importantly it would have been great if the food didn't look trashed.

Absolutely love this location, they’re the only ones that consistently get my order right and I’ve been coming here for a little over two years now. (Whoever cooks on mondays around 4 pm is especially good). I appreciate the attention to detail here especially since i don’t eat meat and often have to modify things. Never has been an issue here

Being from South Carolina, I have a bad relationship with a lot of taco bells, but with the crew that is working. The nights at this location, I am starting to change my mind. Especially the gentlemen. James and hunter haveb so much respect and is great at their customer service skills and I feel like they haves have great people skills. I highly recommend this location.

1 Nacho Bell Grande. $6.99, and no beef. Sad. Same location gave a barely filled, sloppy Burrito Surpreme on Tuesday Deal. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

I came around 12 tonight on June 17th.. I'm so disappointed in what i received..I will not be coming back to this location again just Gross
Absolutely disgusted with how this Taco Bell location handled my situation. I got food poisoning after ordering from here and ended up in urgent care, paying out-of-pocket for both the visit and medication. I called the store directly to speak with a manager about being refunded or at least compensated in some way — I wasn’t even demanding cash, just basic accountability.
I was on the phone for eight minutes, and I recorded the entire call, only to be told, “Sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing we can do.” No refund. No store credit. Nothing.
It’s beyond frustrating how incompetent and dismissive the staff and management are. The way they brushed off a serious health issue like this is unacceptable. If you value your health and basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.
