Always had good service and good food here. Seems popular and can get busy but you can either go early for dinner during the week and get a early dine special or go on their website to join the waitlist while you're on the way to the restaurant. Love the bread !

Hey sorry to have to do this, but if you’re paying attention Mr. Manager, you’ll take this to heart.First off, I LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE. I eat at multiple locations often. And I’ve come to this one multiple times….and I’ve got to say, the food has been consistently sub par, and occasionally inedible.Service is standard for a Texas RoadhouseAs as far as atmosphere, you guys do an occasional dance where you turn up the music and everyone does a line dance. I know you added that to try to make yourselves different, but it’s not something that is appealing. If I was wanting extremely loud music, line dances, and crazy atmosphere (even for a few seconds), I’d have gone to a country bar to get that.Lastly, I’m not joking when it comes to the food. Your rolls taste different, your rice tastes different, you don’t cook your steaks well, and the quality of what you’re putting out there is not good.I’ve tried this location several times with the mindset “it must be a bad day in the kitchen”….but after so many times (literally 10+)….to have a bad food experience EVERY TIME, that’s bad management and poor education for the employees. This location is consistently bad.

The servers were great, got my steak fillet, me an my quest, steak was not Cooked(raw) had to send back, I asked to get it to go, never mentioned to help out with the bill because it was sent back, I just paid the bill in full an left the food an I will not go back.

Love the Ribeye, cooked perfect, and staff was very friendly and attentive. Glass never empty, and drinks from the bar came out fast. Hot fresh bread on the table as soon as we sat and they were extremely busy by the line out the door however we would have never known it by the service we received.
