Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon planning on eating a snack and having a couple beers. Well after looking at the limited menu and the prices, we decided against ordering food. I know prices are elevated everywhere now, but they were a little high. Just an example, we got 2 domestic beers and a lemonade - nearly $20! Seriously?! Sure view is good, but I'd rather go to the port.

My first time at this restaurant. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the service was absolutely amazing and the food was beyond my expectations! I would absolutely come back to this place. It is a great first date restaurant.

This restaurant views are Amazing! Appetizers we tried where the pretzel bites and conch fritters. The pretzel bites where old kids ate them anyway , the Conch fritters were amazing. Fish tacos were really good. French fries were good as well. Coconut rice was so bland they could have done so much more with that. Coconut shrimp needed more coconut ?. But the atmosphere is incredible right on the water ! Oh the prime rib sandwich was good as well. Service was really good ?? but they really could have done better with the food it would be perfect.

This was my family and I’s first time at River Rocks. The atmosphere was open and relaxing. We loved sitting outside with the view of the water. Not to mention, they had tvs in the outside bar area which was cool. The place was busy, but didn’t feel busy if you know what I mean. Our server, Madison, was fabulous! She gave amazing recommendations and throughly explained all the drinks and dishes that we had questions about. She was so kind and attentive. I give her a 10/10! I will definitely be going back because on certain days they have live music which sounds super fun. Overall, great food, great drinks, great staff, great location.

Manager claimed it was possibly the tail of the mahi???? Parmesan chicken you get a 8 ounce chicken breast with Parmesan on it. With no seasoning. Your choice of fries, vegetables, ashed potatoes plantains sweet potato fries. You can only pick two sides. For plantains they give you four for mashed potatoes you get a 6 ounce scoop of instant mashed potatoes. Chicken is hard and chewy. Mahi Pokey bowl. The three ingredients are white rice, coleslaw, and one piece of grilled mahi. There is no sauce or any other toppings. Prime rib sandwich tasted more like a flank steak sandwich. And happy hour is only at the bar, not restaurant wide. food poisoning. Service fees. And a tip. $80 later me and my two friends walked away, hungry and not pleased. After bringing it up to the manager, he said I don’t make the prices we are dealing with inflation crisis basically, sorry that your meal was bad. We hope you might return again. crowd is largely old retired white people. It was hard to spot a person under 50. And a different race. I have better food at my old high school. cafeteria. I have had better service from a vending machine. I got robbed without a gun. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real Riverside restaurant. For the same prices, you can get double the food, double the flavor and double as much fun. At Captain Hirams’s in Sebastian. or Squidlips at Eau Gallie. The fresh catch is not fresh. The waiter screwed up the check. Never got a water to drink. And I’m just writing this because I haven’t had such a bad experience with a place until until today it is just actually surprising how angry they got me and I really don’t get angry lol. I’m sure if you’re old and white and you live in Suntree you probably enjoy this place but if you want the younger crowd to ever join your regular crowd. Gonna have to do something. My friend got a piña colada and she said that she didn’t even taste any alcohol in her drink. She also said that she felt like her stomach hurt really bad after she ate and she also got the Parmesan chicken. Don’t be fooled by the looks on the inside and the jazz music and the live bands, you can get much better food from Dollar tree. And likely better service. Would like a refund. Service fee what is that? Who am I giving the money to. Lobster crab dip, taste like it was microwaved. Ton of salt on one chip none on the others, chip tasted like it was cooked in old Oil.Water taste straight from tap. Either that or ice machine needs to be cleaned out, super strong minerally taste to the water. Waited 3 months for the perfect opportunity to come and this place is great if you have no tastebuds and are on Medicare.haha I’ll let you know if I throw up any more tonight.

Best Shrimp Nachos in the area. Food is good for the price.We are not pleased to have learned on our recent visit that the management will no longer permit changes to the Carribean Salad - i.e. replace the chicken with fish of the day. May not be the best option for our money any longer after being loyal customers. Any explanation for this change?
The lookout from the bar was pleasant enough, similar to other locations along this route. The food was OK, not nearly justifying the price point. The vegetable side was uninspired green beans...which apparently is the staple vegetable the menu. Appetizer portions were small. The one compliment I have is for the seasoned sweet potato fries.

First time visit for my wife and I. We sat in the Dock area with an amazing view on a beautiful Florida afternoon. I enjoyed the jerk sword fish sandwich and that tatar sauce is ?!! My wife had the Mahi fish tacos and they were ?!! Great food ! Great Sunday Vibes. Can't wait to come back.

Usually a solid choice, today was the worst experience we've had in a long time. Stopped in for a quick lunch after church. Seated promptly and waiter appeared promptly. Ordered drinks and meals at the same time, indicating we were in some what of a hurry. Enjoying our drinks. They are getting empty. Or shades spot is getting more and more sunny. Hey, it's been like 40 minutes since we ordered. Flag down waiter.... Hey, how's the kitchen doing? He responds that they are doing their best. Disappears. No drink refills... First real contact with him since we ordered. He reappears.... Sorry there was a glitch in the computer... What did you order? I will put it in as urgent. Umm. Ok. Might be he forgot, might be the computer. He walks away... No real sincere offering of remorse, no can I get you another drink... Or even refill our drinks. Sitting there for another ten minutes. That's it! manager please. The manager comes over eventually and I didn't recognize him since I never saw him walk the floor once while sitting there. He then explains everything the waiter just explained. Nothing more... A very weak smile and no empathy... Almost felt like we might be bothering him. Adds that the server rebooted and they knew this and had no way to know which tickets got deleted. So? Nobody reviewed their tables and orders? Just said oh well and we will see who complains. Been an hour at this point and after this repeat performance we were pretty upset. At this point in most restaurants you get... I am so sorry. This is our fault. Your meal is on me. We hope you come back. Not until my wife put him on the spot did he offer anything. We were we were done waiting and are leaving. The customer service oriented manager then asked us to wait some more so he could run up to his office and get us some free appetizer coupons. We walked out. Just so disappointing. Things go wrong, everybody understands that. There are simple well known techniques restaurants do to deal with it. This was a waiter and manager failure. This was completely fixable. Will be a little while until we return. Hopefully better managers will be at the helm.

Everything was great. Our intention was to eat at River Rock but we ended up outside at “The Dock”. Got here for happy hour (until 6 PM). So we had peel and eat shrimp and tuna wontons $7 & $8 respectively. Both of us had the blackened seafood platter, all good. The view on the Indian River was very nice. Classic Florida restaurant. You should know I rate tough, 3 stars is average.
