We've been customers of this family for 10 years. We've always been happy with food quality when dining in. This was our first take out experience & we were sadly disappointed. Ordered the French Onion Burger; it was nothing like those from past experiences! Hoping the recipe didn't change because in previous visits the burger is truly CRAVE WORTHY!!

Showed up an hour before closing to be told they were slow so they closed early. Can’t complain about being slow while turning away hungry customers. Won’t be back here.

it was ridiculous and rude. I have my own business and on Thursday nights. I have a client I’m not from this area so I looked to find a bar and Grill close to me. I walk in the door. The hostess is very nice. I sit down at the bar two bartenders are talking. One of them turns around and doesn’t even make eye contact with me. A couple that came in behind me she greeted right over and started making them drinks. I’ll never come back.

Consistently inconsistent is the name of the game here. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for decent food, service or atmosphere, you never know what you’re going to experience at The Birch. I’ve had 1 star visits, and 4 star visits, if it weren’t for friends liking this place, I’d never step foot in it. The 3 star review is generous.

I forgot to take pictures. We got the potato skins, burgers with french fries, side of Mac & Cheese, and 6pcs Cajun wings. The Mac and cheese was a simple flavor but pretty good. The potato skins were okay. The French fries were good. The Cajun wings were good. The smash burger was so good. Ya I recommend the smash burgers with a side of fries and that's good enough. Worth it. The wings and Mac&Cheese are not memorable. Service was pretty good.

In keeping with our Christian tradition, we go here Fridays when we can for fish and chips which when the manager always checks to insure the quality of food and service. The haddock is usually excellent , plump, moist, well portioned, tasty. But not on Jan 10th, I’m not sure what kind of fish they served, thin, hard, small portioned, portions of which were chewy and uneatable. The manager, who we usually see, was no where to be seen. We don’t mind spending money although do not like the feeling that we are being robbed. Restaurants that thrive are acutely aware that it only takes one bad experience to loose a returning customer, ask the El Tucan.

It was so cold. My hands and feet were like ice cubes. Complained but still no heat. Food was cold before I could eat half of it. Miserable and waste of $30.00

They told me I was basically hired and lied to me for about three weeks before telling me I wasn't hired. I lost some good opportunities believing their new chef's lies. Don't ever apply here

First time in and showed up at opening time with that said, our first choice to sit was inside but changed our mind after looking at the table and saw it looked uncleaned. Anyway, the spicy sweet wings were great, the onion rings are fantastic, portions are nice 👌 The service was friendly and knowledgeable, love to see that the staff know their menu and can anticipate. I will say the Pork Belly Cuban sandwich is labeled as a new item, and I could tell with the lack of taste but, most obviously, the lack of pork belly. It should have been stacked!! There was barely any belly!! But hey!!! On the bright side, there's lots of seating, twisted birch sits on a nice lot, so theres plenty of scenery, and of course the bar atmosphere is comfortable to be around. If this review reads horrible, I'm sorry. My review is based on a sandwich and the sandwich only.

Came here with the wife - service was great, love their outdoor area. Wings were spicy as adversited which was nice. Ciabbita frenchie was a 10/10 sandwich didn't even need the dipping sauce. Onion rings were a 10/10. Will definitely be back

Good food and service but building needs maintenance and restoration, especially the restrooms.

Good local bar and grill with live music some nights. Only downer is that they allow smoking on the patio/outdoor side of the bar and the open garage door allows the smoke to blow inside to the rest of the bar area as well.
