I'm done ordering from this location. I have givin many chances to redeem themselves and they haven't! I pay extra for extra veggies for a salad and I get only meat and lettuce. This has happened numerous times. I have complained before this review. Very disappointed..

Nah, this is the dustiest Tropical Smoothie location I've ever been to. There is an upcharge to have the sweet potatoes as a side just for them to give me this tiny bit of microwaved, old sweet potato in a crushed container. The wrap barely had any chicken and was cold and flavorless. Never again.They don't seem to take pride in the food they serve to their customers. Also, a delicious smoothie that I've ordered at other Tropical Smoothie locations tasted watery and unblended from this one.

Placed takeout order for 12:10. Arrived right on time, my order was not ready. I received the flatbread at 12:15, but did not get my smoothie until 12:40. The gentleman making food said he is not allowed to make smoothies and I would have to wait until the lady at the register finished so she could make the smoothies. By the time I received my smoothie, the flatbread was cold.

Ordered a Smoothie and wrap combo, which is just a Smoothie, a wrap and some chips. The wrap was missing ingredients, they gave me the wrong chips and they never gave me the smoothie.Used the Review Site that they linked DAYS ago, still nothing.

Did a mobil order pick up and arrived when my food was suppose to be done, ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes for my food. They forgot one of my chips and my Caesar salad was hot, like the salad was deflated and the spinach and lettuce was cooked down making it not edible. Smoothies were good but I will never order a salad from here again, especially for the price I paid for it.

Avoid at all costs.Took 37 minutes to make our two smoothies. On top of that, there appears to be no effort in making the business welcoming. The tables were dirty, all the lights were off and there wasn't music or anything. Just the sound of employees clambering back and forth about the ingredients they didn't have and how to make certain items. Employees were cursing and talking about previous shift employees while the store was compelty silent. There were two people in the store with us and two people came IN THE STORE to cancel online orders due to wait times.A complete waste of 30 minutes and one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a store like this. Save yourself the time and the waste of money. I plan to never visit this store again. Please avoid

Took 20+ min for one all american wrap today. Bearded guy making the food looks clueless.
They premake kale salads so they are Very soggy and the cups are very wet and slimy.The pesto is put on very liquidy and green drops of liquid come out while eating.Got 2 smoothies same kind and one was 3/4 full. Had to ask for them to top it off looks like extra water added. Very drippy.The clerk that took my order was nice but wearing a black sweatshirt with huge sons of anarchy label and bleach stains.Not very kept. Unfortunately not very promisingIf you need to have long sleeves. Plain colored no logos would be a little more professionalVery busy location. But seemed a little disorganized and unkept.

I had a friend that works here and recently told me that they don't clean their smoothie machines/blenders.She said they would have mold in it and would BLEND it with their drinks cause they were not going to clean them like they are supposed to.Also, rude and disrespectful employees that sometimes sit around lazy. looking on their phones. You could be sitting at the cash register, watching the person be on their phone texting and vaping.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is something that had to be said. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tropical Smoothie. The staff was extremely rude and one worker in particular ( a young lady with a shaved head) was cursing and acting unruly while making food items. It is unacceptable that an establishment would hire a worker that is so vulgar. Never coming here again!
