This location is hit or miss, but when it’s a miss, it’s AWFUL. We got 3 meals from there today and it was bad bad. All of the food was cold, the burger meat smelled like dog food, chicken nuggets were OLD, and the fries were just as bad. It’s very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back there for new food, so that wasn’t an option. I worked in fast food for many years and would never actually serve this to literally anyone. I will say when it’s fresh, it’s really good and the customer service is always okay.

This Wendy's customer service is horrible. I ordered a very simple #3 with a cheese sauce. The young lady tells me pull forward. I did that. She hands me my food forgets the cheese sauce. I'm waiting over 10 mins for a cheese sauce. I asked her can I get another 1 because I waited so long she flat out told me no. This particular location always has an issue

Personally, I don’t take the time to leave reviews unless I’m really blown away. Never would’ve thought I’d be here leaving a 5 star review for a fast food joint, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this Wendy’s location. Hands down the best run Wendy’s in Brevard county.

How do I know? For the last 4 months it’s been my go to place for lunch 3-5 days a week. The food is always fresh, always right, the times are very fast for the lunch rush hour, and if they’re running slow they make it known they’ll have my food to me as soon as possible.

The only bad things about this location is they’re so good it’s causing me to make poor life decisions by eating it everyday. Excellent display of how a fast food restaurant should be ran.

I did a mobile order today. I got to the restaurant and it wasn't ready. They nicely made my order. When I got back to work, I was embarrassed to discover that I hadn't hit the Make my order button. I made a mistake but the manager and crew were gracious.

I used to like having a chocolate frosty with my burger and fries. For the last year i've had to put my frosty in the freezer, while, I eat. the burger and fries and wait an hour for the frosty to be frozen. Even though we only live ten minutes away, my frosties are always like chocolate soup. Not frozen at all. On the plus side my burger was really good today.

Bad experience. Ordered at the drive thru and told them I have a coupon on my app was told to show the coupon at the window. I drove to the window, handed my card and then my phone with the coupon. They told me it was too late because they already scanned the card. I asked if a manager can apply the coupon or re run the transaction, she said “we can’t give free food”. I said I don’t want it free I just want my coupon applied She interrupted and said “give us back the food” they actually took back the food! Gave me cash back when all wanted was my coupon applied. Very rude manager.
