Hands down the best Hot Chai Latte I’ve had! I drink Chai Lattes 1-3 times a week. I love Chai Tea for the spicy flavor mix. Amavida Coffee Roasters hit the mark on the head without me making any modifications, their blend had the perfect balance of spice! I wish there was a location in Orlando. Parking: During a weekend day the area is busy, with few spaces in front of the shop you may circle the parking a bit or walk a little ways from your parking spot to the shop.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was cool with my 2 year old being a 2 year, I didn’t get crazy stares.

Very good iced latte! It took a good while until our drinks came, but it was also turkey trot day so it was incredibly busy. Beautiful area to visit!

It's a must stop for us each time in Rosemary. Great breakfast sandwiches and pastries 🥐. The coffees are exceptional but best is their service. Behind the counter you always receive a smile and they all works as a team.

This place is a gem. Barista really knows what she's doing. Perfect latte... Down to the latte art and milk texture and espresso. I got the cafe con leche latte - absolutely delicious. They have a tempting variety of coffee beans as well. Atmosphere is bright and cheery with beachy vibes. They've also got pastries and it appears they sell tacos as well. The shop is in the same building as an art shop. They don't house make their syrups, but they do have house made syrups from a different company that they use, all organic.

I highly recommend the caramel vanilla latte hot. The customer service is super welcoming and helpful. Make sure to beat the crowd and get here early ☺️ I come back every year.

We purchased 2 coffee drinks. My daughter had an iced coffee & loved it. I had a Frappuccino, it had a very good taste but more like a milkshake. I couldn’t taste any coffee in it so disappointed.
