Favorite dessert place when we are in Rosemary.

10/10 AMAZING!

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Brought our VERY pregnant friend on an ice cream date and all bought multiple items. The portions were incredibly disappointing and small. They didn’t event reach the top of the cup or the sides. When we asked the girl about it she got VERY defensive and was rude. For $8-$9 a cup (and we purchased $20+ each, I’d expect more than 2 ounces of ice cream. We come to this area frequently but will be sticking to Sugar Shak from now on.

We have to say the manager and staff here are the best ever! We had an envelope for our baby's gender and decided to pick Kilwins for our gender reveal spot. We asked the manager if that was possible and he gave us such a treat! It was so much fun and honestly this was the most memorable moment of our stay in Rosemary. Not only is the ice cream good but the people are the best. Thank you guys!

Great ice cream.

Great place for ice cream and fudge! Every time I go, it's amazing. Try their sea salt caramel—it's the best! I almost forgot to take a picture because it was so good.

We were very disappointed by our trip to this location, my husband and I both got waffle cones (one with chocolate and one with chocolate sprinkles) and they were both pretty stale. So un-enjoyable we threw them away after eating half. Please don’t serve stale waffle cones that we pay extra money for.

Ricky was fantastic! He helped me two days in a row with a friendly smile and excellent customer service! He promised me caramel on day two when the store had run out on day 1. On day 2, he delivered. Excellent ice cream! Excellent service! Excellent young man!

There is only one place I go to for ice cream or chocolate when I’m in the Rosemary beach area and that is Kilwins

Delicious ice cream and treats in a great location in Rosemary Beach. Cappuccino Chip, Raspberry Sorbet, and Cookies and Cream flavors did not disappoint. Single scoop in a cup portion was generous. One of my daughters was not in the mood for ice cream so she ordered two chocolate covered strawberries which were packaged beautifully and would make for a nice gift. Waffle cones were being made fresh when we walked in… you can’t beat that smell!! Everything was wonderful! ???
