Had a party of 5 and they automatically charged the tip without informing us and we didn’t notice it on the bill and we double tipped. My sister called the next day after looking at the receipt and called just to tell the manager they should inform patrons and they said there was no manager, owner wasn’t there and were basically rude. Not cool. Will never return. Also very expensive for the atmosphere. Atmosphere not great for the prices.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Cucina! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made everything even better. Vicky was absolutely fantastic – attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. Thank you, Vicky, for making our visit such a great one! I’ll definitely be back.❤️❤️🫶

I went to this restaurant on 8/31 with my family due to the great reviews. I’m not sure if the chef was off the day i went in but I can hardly believe these reviews. The calamari was tough and chewy with no crisp to the breading. The veal was just plain inedible, it was tough and gamey. The chicken marsala was bland and came with steamed broccoli although the menu said it came with broccoli rabe. The margarita pizza was soggy and had no seasoning. There was one other table aside from ours in the whole restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and I still went without a beverage refill for over half my entree but the waitress was nice. Extremely overpriced for such poor quality. Highly disappointed.

The only two positives/good food was the grilled zucchini that came with the calamari and the bread rolls.

We had no plans for a quiet Sunday afternoon and realizing we really wanted Italian food, we decided to try Bella Cucina. Excellent decision because our experience was over the top. We were greeted by Amanda and Armando. They were friendly, inviting and attentive throughout our time there. We started with a glass of wine, great garlic bread and followed with a mussel and clams appetizer. It was excellent! Then we had a caesar salad with a caesar dressing made in-house, fantastic taste. As our main entrees, we had ravioli filled with lobster in a basil sauce and linguine with shrimp, clams, scallops, and mussels. The flavors of these dishes were rich and incredible. The ambiance was perfect. It was not crowded and the background instrumental music was just right. If you're in the neighborhood, you must stop in and enjoy Bella Cucina!

Bella Cucina is hands down the best restaurant I have eaten at in a long time in Palm Beach County. It completely exceeded my expectations and every single dish was incredible. My son, who rarely eats seafood, actually tried and loved the octopus, shrimp, lobster, salmon, and crab. He surprised himself with how much he enjoyed it. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they truly treat you like family. The owner even came by to introduce herself which made the experience even more special. I will definitely be coming back often. I cannot say enough good things. If I could give it a million stars I would. Highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed the food, ambience and service was wonderful! We had the Carpaccio , Eggplant Parmesan ( sauce had a great flavor )and Margherita Pizza. Definitely will be back ☺️Thank you 🙏

Great food, great quality! I don't remember the last time we had such high quality fresh food at a local restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

We started off with a pizza, pasta fagioli, Caesar salad for appetizers and it was great, then we ordered Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, Mushroom Risotto and Angel hair Bolognese all were delicious. We are so full but so happy that Bella Cucina is a win for Pizza and entrees. Amanda was very attentive and sweet!!

I ordered take out and I could honestly say this is the worst food I have ever ordered. I’m not one to do reviews but I have no idea how they have a 4.7 this food is disgusting not cooked seafood. Very soft pasta and Hawaiian rolls for garlic bread. Also meatballs were mush and nasty. I wouldn’t give any star if this was a option
