The place is very clean and the staff very attentive. Prices are very below other Peruvian restaurants in the area. Chef/owner Danny and server Maggie provide excellent service, and the authentic Peruvian dishes, such as the lomo saltado, are exquisite. 561CEVICHE is a must-try for those looking to enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.
