I recommend downloading the app to get the deals. In order to qualify for them you have to have the app
I went there to try the new crunchin cookie dipped cone cause their website states they have it and when i asked for it the employee rudely stated she didn’t know what I was talking about then proceeds to says its sold out. Just nasty for no reason
Shout Out to the lone employee here on a Wednesday dealing with all of this Blizzard Madness by herself. #treatyouremployeesbetter #andtheyareoutofchocolate
Amazing place they have the best milk shakes
Employees decided to blast loud music the whole time I was there
Employees dont greet or acknowledge your presence in the store.

Hot nights calls for cold treats. DQ was the place of choice! Coupons helped make that decision. Blizzards could have been colder but were yummy. It was frustrating trying to use the coupons because it wouldn’t show up in the system. After 10+ minutes & a line that kept growing the manager entered in the code manually and it worked. Atmosphere is basic and it sometimes smells like bleach.

I had a terrible day on 9/27/24. Everything went wrong from beginning to end. From personal life to work life. I finally got some time to relax and calm down for the day, so I asked my family if they’d like to go to Dairy Queen because it had been a tough day for all of us. We walked in to two customers ahead of us, decided what we wanted and placed our order. The woman who took the order and payment was lovely. As I waited for my 2 blizzards and 2 soft serves in a cup, I noticed the man making the order made the soft serve first. As it sat there melting, his coworker at the front asked him a question. He walked away to answer her question as I stand there watching my soft serve quickly melt. He then comes back to make the 2 blizzards, as my soft serve in a cup is melting away. Once he finishes, I ask him to replace 1 soft serve, just mine, not both because it was melting. My boyfriend did not care about his being melted, but I did. He proceeded to argue with me. That is a customer service no no. I’m a customer service manager. After the day I had, I lost it on him and let him know he needed to learn his job better. Make the things that take longest and melt slowest first. It’s common sense. I don’t normally argue with people, but he just pushed me over the edge. It took him 2.5 seconds to fill a new cup for me. Instead, he continued to argue with me the entire time causing an unnecessary scene in your establishment. The proper response would have been “I’m sorry, let me make you a new one really quick “. No argument, happy customer, 5 star review. It took me over an hour to calm down after this incident because all I wanted was some vanilla soft serve because I had a REALLY bad day. I generously gave 3 stars because, as I said, I’m a customer service manager and I understand the damage of a 1 star review. Moral of this story, teach the man who was working on the evening of 9/27 that you never know what someone is going through and be kind. I will not be back. I will just get my soft serve elsewhere. I’m sure you don’t care, but whatever. He ruined what was supposed to be a happy outing with my family with his argumentative behavior.

I love Dairy Queen and this place has always been my go-to. I know I previously rated this place five stars but I want to do an in depth review of how I actually feel about it. The service is overall pretty good, sometimes I don’t enjoy my food but that’s okay. The place is relatively clean, and it follows code. The prices are okay, but I don’t think I will be returning to this location for personal reasons. I don’t wanna say anything bad about employees to compromise their jobs or get them in trouble as I was previously a shift leader and cashier at this location. Thank you for hiring me to be apart of the DQ team and I hope all the employees do good and I wish the best of luck to the new employees. Megan is the best employee btw.

I enjoy this Dairy Queen. All of the employees who work here are personable and professional, providing friendly, efficient and consistently good service with quality products. I like the 80s music that seems to always be playing, along with the memorabilia on the wall. Prices are a bit high. Parking is always available.
Parking: Parking is always available right out front, with handicapped spots as well. Ramp to sidewalk.
Kid-friendliness: I especially enjoy when I’m here, hearings children having a good time, children of all ages!
Wheelchair accessibility: I’ve seen people in wheelchairs here on a number of visits.

Asked for a dip cone, the lovely cashier asked “come or cup”. I said cup, the put cup, my receipt said cup. The older man making it got me a cone and I politely said “I’m sorry I asked for a cup” and he gave me a look and sighed, and asked if he could put the cone in the cup, when I said no he throws the cone into the sink and sighs and makes what I’d ordered, but put barely any cherry on it and all around so rude :( it was also way too hot in the shop for some reason
