went in tonight and all I wanted was my 2 ice creams took forever the black young male working has very bad anger, management issues getting mad at him doing his job it’s ok if somthings empty and you have to refill it. Chill out dude fix ur management.

Always loved dairy queen since I was a child. Many years ☺️ Palm beach Dairy queen staff always nice. Would love to see more flavors. They have great Butter Pecan ice-cream and prices are still reasonable.

Vanilla malt was just amazing

had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The employee named Emma was completely unprofessional and unsanitary. She was wiping her nose while preparing orders and even ate straight from the ice cream with a spoon that customers are served from. On top of that, her attitude was rude and the customer service was terrible. This is unacceptable behavior for a food establishment, and I left feeling uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of the food being served.

Only one person kid was by himself, the other person was late!! Management needs to address this.

Solid ice cream, been here about twice tho

As others have said for some reason the ice cream seems not quite as hard and solid as most DQ's that you get blizzard. I was impressed that they actually put enough flavoring and crunchies in my cotton candy blizzard this time compared to other stores who barely put in any. The employees were friendly and helped to make it my points on my app also. The reason for the four stars is because my husband and I both don't feel for the large price that the ice cream was even full to the top. This picture of the large is exactly how it came. Maybe that's how they're supposed to come but typically when I've gotten smaller sizes the ice cream is usually sticking up out of the cup... so not sure if they're taking shortcuts or not but it tasted good and the employees were friendly, ice cream could have been a little colder and harder but in fairness it was the end of the night about 40 minutes before they close so not sure maybe they were shutting down ice cream machine or something. We'll probably eat there again.

was told they cant make cookies and cream milkshakes anymore by two new female workers it seemed like..... how dumb does that sound being to lazy to do your job and make cookies and cream milkshakes is insane....

I went there to try the new crunchin cookie dipped cone cause their website states they have it and when i asked for it the employee rudely stated she didn’t know what I was talking about then proceeds to says its sold out. Just nasty for no reason
