I highly suggest staying away from a kava bar like this. First of all good luck getting served, the woman at the bar is too busy having a conversation with someone to notice you. I mean she will acknowledge that you stepped in but then just keep talking. I didn’t get her name, but I couldn’t even get her to speak with me. Very unwelcome and filled with children, just my recommendation. Subpar kava, island root is much better.

I'm posting this review to correct a negative review that I had posted previously. I was having a rough day and blasted them for no reason. The product is fantastic and the staff is attentive and respectful. I would like to apologize to the staff for my disrespectful comments. I have been coming here for almost three years and I will continue to come here. If you are looking for a cool place to hang out with a great vibe, then this is the place for you.

I don't think they have food here, I might be wrong, but it's a kava bar. A place to buy kratom and kava drinks. They do a great job but it's not cheap. I buy kratom next door at the vape shop and make my own but this bar is a good hang out with quality drinks. Friendly and competent people. You can get one drink and chillax on the sofa and meet cool people or if you're wealthy you can drink a lot. Great place. Too pricy for me but I been to birthday parties there and it's like chillin in your living room. Employees are awesome! 5 stars!

Got a kratom. It tasted good but was really weak, practically syrup and water. $10

The bartender kept complaining about having to be at work. He asks everyone every 20 minutes if they want anything, even if you have a drink. I tried ignoring him and he persisted until I told him no.

The atmosphere reminded me of a dive bar.

The crowd was mostly 25-30 and pretentious.

I recently visited vibes and had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional kavatender. Grim was incredibly attentive, always checking in on everyone to ensure we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers experience, and this kavatender truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! :)

Such an amazing spot! Delicious tea, and delicious cava, and tons of great snacks! The atmosphere is incredible and all all the events they host are so much fun! This is a go to spot!

Island Vibes in Royal Palm has been a staple in my day to day since I moved back to the area. The product is strong, definitely a good value, and their menu boasts some really yummy concoctions. The staff is fast and professional, and they all set a good mood on their shifts. A great place to rest and reset at any time of day, a calm place to get some work done, and great late-night place to unwind & play pool on their super sweet table. The new management and 'under-the-sea' aesthetic are pretty awesome too. <3

Great staff, great company

Wholesome team, great atmosphere. Great place to hang out, they frequently have smash and pool and the people accommodate beautifully to make everyone happy ??

Let me preface by saying that prior to my experience today, I was a 5+ day a week regular at this location. The employees are phenomenal. The guests are mostly great people. There's always things to do with a healthy pool scene, a populous smash crew, and two TVs. I have also never left a negative review of any place of business before. I typically do not think they are worth the energy, and I have only written reviews in the past to support businesses I care about.With that said, the owners of this location do not care about their guests and deserve to fail. Let me highlight two crystal clear examples of what I mean. First, the lights in the establishment are operated via bluetooth using an app. For a period of time, there was an issue with the app which caused the majority of the lights to flash brightly and violently. While waiting for it to be fixed by the owners, the employees only kept on the small handful of lights that worked properly. Instead of fixing this issue while the store was closed, one of the owners, Harry, decided to work on the lights while guests were there. He was informed that one of the guests was epileptic and he decided to try to reconnect the lights anyway and the bright flashing caused her to have a seizure. He left and returned another day, during business hours, to fix the lights. He was immediately informed that multiple guests were sensitive to the flashing lights, including the same epileptic guest from before. We simply asked that he warn us before trying to reconnect the lights so that we could wait outside. He said that he would, then about 2 minutes later without warning he started working on the lights, causing headaches for several of us. Luckily the epileptic customer was able to leave the building before having a reaction.Second, the owners have been losing employees and as a result they (Harry and Tatum) worked tonight behind the bar. When I arrived tonight I immediately noticed they were burning incense. This location is a tiny room with horrible ventilation. The fact that they were burning something carcinogenic without proper ventilation is absolutely horrible. Further, I am very sensitive to air quality. I have several HEPA filters in my house that are necessary to not be permanently congested. I immediately pointed out that the incense was making me nauseous and instead of offering to put it out, Tatum looked at me like I was crazy. At that point, feeling greatly disrespected, I decided to leave and that it would be the last time I offer my patronage to these horrible owners.Omnia, Sianna, Serg, Dom, Tati, you are all wonderful workers and I love and appreciate you.Harry and Tatum, your lack of care for the wellbeing of your guests is disgusting.P.S. Your conversations are never private, because the owners illegally record audio on their security cameras.
