“Like many places with many ordering delivery, they may be empty but still busy. Not enough people to handle peak times well, that’s poor management. The food is good and prepared well. Two people doing everything are just not enough.I see many replies by management telling people to follow some link and re-enter their feedback… you are wasting the feedback. Consider yourself lucky for anyone to take the time to give ANY feedback. Don’t ask people to jump through hoops to do it some special way. Don’t be surprised when the location tanks because no one filled out your form. Do better!“

“I entered to get an açai bowl, and once in there, I realized the Menu has so much variety! Sandwich, bagels, wraps, salads... and even coffee ☕️ I loved it. We had the TexMex spinach wrap and a Mission Beach Bagel, they were so good! Also the smoothies are really good, we had the Berry Natural and the Pink Dragon, so good!!!! I highly recommend it. They gave us waters and our pup Sarah some water since it was so hot out. The activated charcoal lemonade was delicious. I ordered the VOT and added peanut butter and my husband ordered the local and added peanut butter. We will be coming back! Thank you!“

“This is in no way a complaint because the drinks tasted good, I got a Thai tea latte. I just ended up drinking the grains of the tea, it happens at other stores I’ve had it at or when I brew it myself at home. I just recommend using cheesecloths, they are a lot better than strainers and would take this drink to the next level. I also wanted to get a matcha tea latte for my girlfriend, they asked if I wanted a certain milk and I said I wanted almond because she is allergic to whey protein but the cashier told me the powder still contains whey… I get asking because of lactose intolerance but it’s stupid that they care more about if it’ll send someone to the bathroom or not over someone to the hospital.“

“Not sure if the girl changed her gloves after handling cash, however I noticed she was touching everything with those gloves that was not food . However she was nice and the smoothie was good . I’ve been here a few times before and enjoyed it this is the only time I’d say the experience was alright .“
