This updated review is in response to the owner with his reply that my personal review (which I place a high level of standards on myself to be factual and share my personal experience honestly) I posted that my food (Meat in the Mexican pizza specifically) was cold / Luke warm and that it would most likely have not passed if a food inspector went. The owner replied that "I found your last comments to be in poor taste and most undoubtedly unfactual and unnecessary." I would not post something that I did not experience, and every thing in my review was mentioned as being necessary (This is, after all, my review) For anyone who ever has questions Yelp will post the latest food inspection reports as well as you can retrieve from Tallahassee website. But since the owner chose to say I was lying, I have attached the 2 last reports.

Amazing food and service as always! Carolina was awesome. Very attentive, not pushy. Sweet and kind! A table of 5 and she didnt miss a beat. We had a nice relaxing reunion of old friends!!!

We have been to this restaurant many times and typically enjoyed the food and service. However, tonight was an all around bad experience. The chicken was really dry, we ordered a margarita on the rocks and we received a frozen margarita. We accepted it so as not to waste it. We had to remind the server for the beans we added onto the bill and the tortillas that were supposed to come with the meal. When we went to pay we had a coupon for $10 off a bill of $30 or more and the owner Maria would not accept coupon. She said because we received a 2 for 1 margarita special, we couldn't use the coupon on the bill. We didn't even take the second margarita because it was frozen. At this point, we just wanted the maragritas taken off the check and forget about the coupon. Maria, who said she was the owner, was completely against doing anything for us. Because of this really awful experience, we will not go back.

I was so impressed with the cuisine that I forgot to get a pre-meal photo. I had El Patron, and it was really delicious (use caution when adding pepper; it's hotter than you may think).The staff was really polite and the service was prompt. Will return for more
