I loath giving bad reviews, unfortunately one is needed here. We placed an order and our order was wrong. When I called, the Girl on the phone said she was sorry the driver handed her the phone and she read the order incorrectly. I then asked her what can be done and a gentleman got on the phone and immediately (in a rude tone) said "take it up with Grubhub". So I hung up and I took it up with Grubhub (which they fixed). However it was not Grubhubs fault as the Girl on the phone...read full review
