Everytime we come here the service isn't the greatest, its like we are bothering them. Ice cream is ok, over priced honestly.

The ice cream here is AMAZING! I always come here every Friday with my children to get their wonderful banana ice cream that’s a one of a kind. And not to mention the staff here are kind, hardworking, and professional and will make sure to leave you with a smile on your face. Will be going back again, next Friday. :)

Let it be known across the land: this little ice cream spot in Royal Palm Beach has utterly ensnared me. I arrived a curious passerby and left a loyal subject. The rum raisin—smooth, spirited, and just rebellious enough—whispered sweet nothings to my taste buds. The grape nut offered a nostalgic crunch, the sort that feels like home and holiday all at once. Then came raspberry truffle—dark, tart, and delightfully scandalous—and cherries and cream, the very picture of indulgence.
A true staple in the community.

Apparently new owners. This older man, bad attitude. Having read some of the other reviews I could see where his son gets it from. He put the waffle bowls, four of them that I purchased, into an old used Walmart bag because he didn't have one big enough. Tells me no one orders that many and that he's doing me a favor. Really? Every time I would come in with the old owners I would get the same thing and never complained and never a problem. They always put it in the same bags with the bowls and the rubber bands, well done. But this man seems to have a problem. Also, he's keeping the ice cream freezers at a higher temperature because he can't stand there and scoop it. So I came home with a pint of melted ice cream that I have to keep in the freezer before I could even serve it. What a joke. He's going to run it into the ground with his poor business practices. Arguing with me over a little cup of cherries on the side so I can make my own Sundaes. So I didn't buy it because he wanted to charge me a dollar per cherry. I used to pay a dollar for the whole little container. He expected me to pay $6 for six cherries. he says they must have made a mistake. I said they didn't make a mistake every time I've been coming in for years. I tell you this new family that owns it is in the wrong business. They should be selling tires somewhere. I won't be returning. If he's putting my food into an old dirty bag imagine what's going on behind the scenes. He came out of the back with four waffle bowls very quickly but when he had to replace one that fell on the counter he took it out of a container that was out in front and all of a sudden just for looks he put a glove on to retrieve it from the container because people were watching. Dirty business practices. Not a fan anymore. I'll have to find a new place. Good luck new owner, you're going to need it. Not cool.

Great customer service I called u guys somebody picked up I ask for a manger the guys proceeded to ask me who am I and who I am calling from like I'm some type of scammer and I ask him to let me please speak to a manger then process to tell me he's not here in 2 secs then slams the phone on me absolutely unbelievable

Great service and yummy ice cream

Yummy Gem! This is one of only two places I will be going in the Palm Beaches for ice cream. The other Place focuses on gelato. If you are looking for straight incredible ice cream, This is the spot. The service was super friendly and efficient. And oh my gosh the size of the portion! They are very generous. The quality of the ice cream was so creamy and smooth. Personally, I took the fudge brownie yesterday. I did two scoops, which was in reality probably 3.5 scoops. I don't know exactly how many flavors they have, but it's more than I wanted to bother with counting. This is 10/10 Ice Cream Stop!

Absolutely loved the family vibe that this ice cream place creates! All the employees were super welcoming and sweet and the ice cream flavors were so creative and to die for! Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing service and incredibly delicious ice cream. The vibe is very mom and pops and prices are great for ice cream. Try the Dubai chocolate too it was so yummy!
