Great food and great customer service! What else can you ask for in a restaurant? The Beef Souvlaki Pita was great and large. The fries were also well seasoned. Definitely will come back when I am in the area again.

I had the chicken gyros and it was amazing! People were fine but not super friendly and the restaurant itself was a little dull. I do recommend taking it to go tho!

Souvlaki fast never misses. My roommates and I order here a couple times a week and I have yet to encounter a problem. I use the toast app mostly their food is always fresh their food is always plentiful and everybody that works at this location always greets you with a smile.

Review from a 12 year old boy: The Food was scrumptious but the air vents were dirty and the floor was sticky. We were able to use our coupons with no problem; the blonde young lady was nice to separate our orders to use both coupons and she was a hard worker. I would like to go again.

Dirty inside on the tables, alot of young people making the food, no manners. I ordered falafel and the order was raw. The lady said "omg you know, today, I ate it and I totally thought it was more runny than usual...." They had me come back with the "untouched food" and I brought both back to show them that one was opened to see what was salvageable and the other was for my husband. The dough was raw inside and tasted of raw flour. My kid would need to eat that and my family is vegetarian. This was so uncomfortable. I Tried to ask about the order and what happened to customer satisfaction, the lady stated "we would have to charge you for a new falafel order unless you bring back the untouched one"... like are you going to give another customer the untouched food? Still I went. They used the same boxes that I wrote on myself and tossed sub par falafel back into the box, left everything else that was now cold and soggy in my container. How disgusting this behavior was and how dare the owner allow such rude and unprofessionalism in their restaurant. Wow. Just wow.

Oh not to to forget, the lady was like "make sure you burn it" pictures to show what the food looked like after receiving and all the old food left...never going back.

Souvlaki / Gyros has become a bi weekly treat for us. I love that Rachel and team remember us and our regular orders. They're all so friendly and accommodating with our picky requests (wifey likes sauces on the side). Keep up the great work and tasty food Royal Palm team!
