“I am incredibly impressed with this location and specifically the manager, Yocasta’s level of professionalism and overall kindness. I had come in before lunch and my Crunchwrap had tomatoes put on it by accident, when I called and spoke with the manager she could not have handled the situation better. She not only apologized, but remade me 2 crunchwraps, and also gave me a coupon for next time. Other than the incredible service, the food was delicious. Everything was hot and you can tell was fresh. Of all the Taco Bell locations I’ve been to, this one is top tier when it comes to quality and customer service. Thank you so much Yocasta for how you handled this situation. As someone who has worked in restaurants for 12 years, this is a great example of how to handle a mistake and do right by the customer!“
“I am getting super frustrated with the. Ost of take out. Taco bell is always a favorite of mine but to order 3 things and be between $15 and $20 is outrageous. I can go get a sit down 4 course thai lunch for that price, including tip. I understand Covid drove prices up, but enough is enough. The supply chain issues are not as severe anymore. It is time to get realistic.“
