Tacos Al Carbon Royal Palm Beach

Im standing in an empty restaurant.. ordered and have been sitting here for twenty minutes before a cook even dropped taco shells.. surprised this location stays in business

Drive to lake worth of you want the good stuff, the royal palm location isn't as good.
I'll start by saying I've been going to tacos al carbon for decades(lake worth location). I live in royal palm and was excited when I saw they opened a tacos al carbon opened near by. I've gotten food from here a few dozen times in the past year or two. It's OK, but not great, definitely not as good as the lake worth location. I've heard they have different owners. I've been ordering the same items since the 90s, so I know what to expect. Sadly the royal palm location isn't up to par with the lake worth location. Their steak burritos lack seasoning/flavor, beans are bland.

I really wish they could get their bland food sorted out, cause it's a lot closer to home.

Add a wonderful experience with the server we were very kind and attentive. The waitstaff sure to go above and beyond despite me coming in nearing closing.

Best tacos around here! They never disappoint.

This restuarant is Horrible, they say they open at 9am door is closed, waitress is inside chewing gum looking at the customer outside, Internet shows open the business door shows business hours 9 AM
you knock on the glass door and she states they're open but they're not gonna cook until the next 40 minutes closest the door and lock it again

Terrible, I ordered 1 pound of barbecue, they gave me 1 pound of fat, I complained and they gave me refried fat and the people in the kitchen have no manners to treat customers, this place in Royal Palm, TERRIBLE.

*UPDATE*. NO CHANGE!
The girl who took the order was oblivious.. acknowledged my order and still got it wrong..
Either way this place is giving the Lake Worth store a bad name. The food is just not flavorful.. sad

The waitresses are rude. If I go to a place it is so that they serve me well, that is why you pay for the service and there are some waitresses who apparently are Cuban. I asked for a table in the second room because of the loud music. About the television and very arrogantly he told me no, the ones in the first room were free. I went to her to ask for another place and she told me that they are not available. Owners keep an eye on what they are hiring.

Meals were ok. Almost forgot my corn, wasn’t good, probably should have just skipped it. No alcohol being served other than beer, even though advertised. Taped signs…. I really dislike visible tape.

Parking: It is in a shopping plaza.

One of my favorite taco places. Latin Music playing in the background as we ate our chips n salsa. Food was yummy as usual. Not the best Tacos Al Carbon; that is either in Greenacres or Lake Worth. Plenty of seating inside you can either sit at a table or order to go. Best Birria tacos around

Parking: A lot of shops so it can be difficult to find close parking.

Ordered 4 plain meat tacos for take out around 1:30pm. Waited a half hour so I checked with the girl up front due to the how long it was. (Takeout) When I checked they came out in 2 minutes. Seems like they forgot.
Opened the container to check my order and all of the tacos were cold. Refrigerator cold.
I told the lady up front.
She went to the back. They left me there for about 10 more minutes and just gave me a refund without apologizing or anything. This happened today.
At this point, taco bell right next door would've been a better option. Entire lunch hour wasted. Never coming back. Sucks because I was looking forward to it. Bad customer service. Entire ordeal took 40 minutes. I'm patient so the first half hr was just waiting.
