I'm sorry. I love Habit as a person. The employees are great. The store is always clean, and I never had a problem, but I've been there a few times, and the burgers are just like chewing a cooked rag. I've never deconstructed it and tasted the meat by itself, but multiple times I've had the same experience.

Samantha was absolutely incredible. She served guests with a smile, was managing filling orders and taking orders at the same time and remained committed to quality service and excellence. She still put gloves on and did the little things that people don’t see as she switched from taking orders to plating food. With how much she was managing, and delivering the food with such excellence, we were very impressed! Thank you Samantha!
