After my uber driver picked up my food and never delivered it I contacted Tijuana assuming they would say it’s uber’s issue. I was very wrong. The staff there and the manager quickly prepared my ordered to pass off to a new uber driver in record time. The manager went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Ordered take out it was quick and easy.
Ordered two wet burritos to go, got home and neither were correct. They also both had crunchy (either old or undercooked) rice in them. Pretty disappointing. Staff were friendly when we were there. Unfortunately didn’t catch the issues in time since we were a take out order.
