After my uber driver picked up my food and never delivered it I contacted Tijuana assuming they would say it’s uber’s issue. I was very wrong. The staff there and the manager quickly prepared my ordered to pass off to a new uber driver in record time. The manager went above and beyond to fix the mistake. In anticipation of the busy-ness of Cinco de Mayo, I placed an order at 11:30 am for a Taco Party Pack to be picked up curbside at 5:30 pm. When I arrived, there were 2 designated 'To-Go' spots which were taken, along with all of the spots along the building. I did text the phone number listed on the order to let the restaurant know I was there.
