This used to be our go-to on Friday nights but something has changed. They're slow as molasses & the food is no longer as good 😮💨 The staff is always very nice, it's not their fault, but maybe they need new cooks???
I have been to beanies a couple of times and I had called a little earlier about placing a to go order. I have a gluten and dairy allergy so finding food at a restaurant I can eat is nearly impossible. When I called, Chris answered the phone and right away she was so understanding of the situation and went and talked to the kitchen making sure it would be safe for me to have. She then made sure to answer all my questions regarding the ingredients and never made me feel like I...
The waitress was very polite and owned up to her mistake (not putting in the appetizer in) but my problems start here it took over 30 minutes to get our food, and when we did, it had almost no seasoning whatsoever was not happy with the south burger or bacon cheeseburger. We were not notified at all about the upcharges for any additions, just sneakily hidden in the last bill.
Overall a beautiful location severely let down by the food and service. Not worth a second trip
