Stopped here for dinner while in town for the weekend. Service was great, and food was delicious! I had salmon and pork tenderloin. Always nervous when ordering salmon because it gets overcooked so easily but this was by far the best piece I’ve had in a while when dining out! They also had live music!

Three of us went here for lunch, which was our first time there. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed their twist on French fries. Cooked in an egg batter or something unique - very good! Shrimp poboy was delicious. We chose to sit outside, curbside, and it was noisy, which is not their fault. Safety Harbor needs to pass an ordinance that requires bicycles to be walked there on the sidewalk, because we had two separate groups ride through and one almost crashed! Crazy and unnecessary.
My wife and I went here this past weekend. The food and service were both amazing. Our waitress was working the bar and waiting our table. However, this did not really effect our service. The food and cocktails were both brought out promptly. It did take a little longer than usual to get refills because our waitress was so busy. However, not long enough to cause a headache. We ordered the Potato Soup, Tomato Soup, Ultimate Brussels, and the Paglino w/ Gouda Grits. I highly recommend any of these items.
First visit. Waygu beef sliders on special. They don’t always have. Food and services is great.i think I’ll go for Mac-n-cheese or Brussels sprouts as a side next time.Looking at other dishes, the presentation was very good

First time here. We loved it and can't wait to ho back. The Rustler Steak Sandwich was bursting with flavors. The Mac and cheese was so creamy and delicious. Stacie was behind the bar and was very nice. There was a wait for tables at 6:30. Great place.

Mostly GoodBrinehouse has a kind of gastropub feel. The bar is central and most tables are high-tops. The servers have a casualness about them—friendly, but not as efficient as needed. We started with a couple of their craft cocktails. Both were completely unmemorable. So, it’s probably best to stick with highballs, beer and wine.We started with their chicken wings which were rather huge, properly cooked and very tasty. Unfortunately, the entrees came out when we had barely started our appetizer. My wife had the Maple Bourbon Chicken Dinner. The chicken was a little tough, but very tasty and was accompanied by very good Brussel sprouts and broccolini. I had the Angus Beef Tri-Tip Dinner. The beef was surprisingly tough and moderately flavorful. I had it with a very nice side salad and the cauliflower puree which was rather unpleasant.Everything was pretty good, but I won’t be in a hurry to return.
The Cole Slaw side is really, really good… for those that like cole slaw…. ?

The Brussels sprouts side dish should get a national award or have an aircraft carrier named after it. Amazing, and filling. Had the Ybor special a marinated pork sandwich, also quite good. Good service.
