Safety Harbor is a charming town full of great eats. Water Oak is right on the corner. Seating is inside and out. Great fresh food and top shelf cocktails. Please try to delicious pork belly’s.
Food was good but beware of ordering dessert. No price listed on the menu. An average slice of pie 12$. Not worth that much. They should put the price on the menu!!!
crab cake amazing, crab shrimp dip all cream cheese, lobster shrimp bisque all liquid no flavor, french fries soggy, swordfish special amazing, short rib good, fish camp shrimp soggy and watery couldnt enjoy grit cake, crab crusted grouper soggy as well

Water Oak is a favorite restaurant for eating or stopping for a drink. The place was packed but still felt intimate. The service was excellent, attentive, friendly, and top notch, even for groups of 12 or 40+. The staff was incredible and extremely kind. The atmosphere was welcoming with pleasant seating inside and a nice covered patio outside. The food was fantastic and very good. The crab crusted grouper was amazing with the grit cake and Cesar salad. The ribeye with herbed butter was perfect. Oysters Rockefeller was the best ever, and the tuna poke was loved. Walt’s Crab Cake was the very best. The mushroom sautéed sandwich and a delicious burger were tried. Steak bits were great, and the Fries & gravy were also good. Drinks were nice and strong, and great. A nice birthday lunch.
