Nice quiet atmosphere, the service was good, the lady was attentive and super friendly. The food was good, let me tell you, the Caesar salad lacked dressing big time, and the chicken francese was soupy - though the flavor was there, it was too much liquid. The bread was spot on :) I would come back

Terrible service, upon entering waitress came by the front to grab a receipt with no acknowledgment or hello we where eventually seated and waitress was very rude we wanted to order food but she insisted looking at the specials and left. Food was a 3/10 very unimpressed

Very disappointing experience. We were sat, and forgotten about. When we walked back up front to let them know, the waitress that had clearly seen us multiple times was sent over and made it very clear she wasn’t supposed to be our server, but she didn’t know what was happening and would help us. We ordered everything at the same time, as we go there some what often, and after that she avoided us like the plague. We had to communicate that our orders came out wrong to a random person walking by. Then when it was time to pay it took a solid 15 minutes to get the check, and she kept going to other tables even after intentionally asking, almost mocking the situation. Food is decent, service was a let down, especially for what they advertise.

This restaurant is a must try! The owners and staff are so welcoming and the food is phenomenal! From the lasagna to the seafood risotto, every meal is made to perfection. Have to give this place a try if you are in the area.

I ordered the haddock and asked to have the pasta held back and replaced with vegetables. It tasted very good and was cooked perfectly. I was greatly disappointed in a $32 price tag as the portion size was half a filet and small at that. The vegetable serving that was supposed to be mixed vegetables, after discussing with the waiter I would like a heaping portion size, was also a small portion and was just squash. My wifenordered a sub and said it was good.

The filet mignon is cooked perfect everytime. I almost don't want to leave a review so I dont have to wait in line when the word gets out but its perfect 100% everytime. I've never seen that from any restraint. Not a one time lucky visit. But at least twice a month for a year. All other dishes are awesome as well. Have yet to get a bad one.
Food is good. Service is excellent, staff is helpful and friendly. We get take out now because we’re not a fan of the ambiance, or lack there of. I hope someday they do a renovation and add some booths and change the lighting, maybe add some table cloths or something. We liked the food but we’d be back more if we enjoyed the experience more.

I'm not sure how they only have 4.2 stars. I decided to try them out. I got the triple tail that they had as catch of the day. I'm a bit of a fish snob growing up in the fl keys, I know when fish is fresh or frozen after it's cooked. This was the best triple tail I've ever had! Prepared perfect with a lemon caper cream sauce over linguine.

We have been to Al Dente’s since they were open, We do understand that now restaurants are hard business, that’s why when they reduce amount of appetizers we didn’t complain.But today we had lunch again and were absolutely shocked to find a metal nail inside our calamari. Yes—a nail. When we brought it to the manager’s attention, he casually replied, and what he said is shocked me “It’s also protein.” While he is busy on his cell phone ! That response was not only disrespectful, but also dangerously irresponsible. This is a serious food safety issue that could have caused real harm. We expected an apology or at least concern, but instead we were dismissed. Absolutely unacceptable. We won’t be returning—and we sincerely hope others are careful when dining here.

A Perfect Night at Al Dente – Unforgettable 80th Birthday Celebration
We recently hosted my father’s 80th birthday party at Al Dente, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless.
The service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and seamless. The staff went out of their way to make my dad feel celebrated and cared for, handling every detail with professionalism and heart. You could tell they genuinely wanted the evening to be special for him and for our entire family.
And the food? Simply incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. From the antipasti to the desserts, it was clear that the kitchen puts care and passion into every plate. Our guests were raving all night about how delicious everything was!
Thank you, Al Dente, for helping us create such a memorable evening. It meant the world to our family, and especially to my father. If you're looking for a place that delivers both outstanding food and heartfelt hospitality, look no further.
