If you don’t mind waiting an hour for your entree to arrive this is the place for you. Despite having reservations, we had to wait about 20 minutes extra to be seated. Once we ordered our entree, it took an hour for it to arrive. It was just two entrees. The server was good, the food was great and the prices are reasonable. Too bad they can’t get their act together.

I have eaten here multiple times and never had a problem. Until my family wanted to come for Christmas Eve, which I thought would be a great idea. I don’t know if they were setting up for an event or what but the server was preoccupied the entire time never had my drink refilled once all the waters were refilled. The bread was never refilled. We had to ask another server to refill that. Which, on the way out, we tipped her. Still left the 20% tip. The server was unattended to say the least barely spoke to us. I don’t know if it was shift change or what but we came in at one. The food wasn’t the problem. It was the servers. And we had a reservation for three and the gentleman upfront said we think we can make it work. There were 10 people in there. Come on, do better.

Service and atmosphere were fine for what I wanted - I got takeout food and the young lady at the front counter was very nice and attentive.
Food was disappointing. I got the Italian wedding soup, mussels, and tiramisu. The soup was lukewarm - it didn’t even cook the spinach that was placed on top even after being covered in the takeout box for a good 15 minutes. The meatballs are not homemade and the broth was very oniony. The mussels (white wine sauce) were decent but I was not expecting a thick sauce. The amount I paid for the tiramisu was exorbitant considering the size you get for it. I would be less disappointed if it was homemade but I was told it is not.

Myself and 4 co-workers came for lunch today and arrived shortly after 12 pm. We were seated and told that a 20 top would be arriving soon so we needed to order quickly. We immediately placed our drink and food orders - the time was around 12:15. We mentioned to the server, Mary, that we would need to have our checks asap as we needed to be back to the office at 1 pm. Around 12:42, our server asked us if we would "be in trouble for coming back late because the food was going to take a long time." We stated we would need to leave soon and asked how much longer it would be to which she replied "I don't know. You know we're really busy and if you needed to be back so soon, you should have said something." She proceeded to give us our checks and have us check out without ever seeing the food that had been prepared for us. The server failed to offer any sincere apology, for the manager to come to our table to speak to us, or offer any kind of compensation for our disservice. 3 of the 5 of us went back to the office having paid for food we never had seen, let alone eaten, while the other 2 of us waited for the food to be packaged up to go. We all returned to work without eating and were very frustrated with the overall experience. Upon opening our luches at our workplace, we found 1 order didn't receive the chicken that was paid for and another order didn't receive the correct food at all. Perhaps if the kitchen is backed up, Mary should let her customers know ahead of time that there is potential for a delay so other patrons don't return to work without eating.

We went for a weekday lunch. Ee’d been there once before after it first opened. At that time we found the dining room somewhat dark with only three hanging lights. We thought indirect wall lighting was needed. This time the hanging lights were on as well as a number of direct ceiling lights. This gave the dining room the look of a conference room or cafeteria. Also, our table was uneven and rocked, something I find inexcusable. This is why the atmosphere is only three stars. Our server was pleasant but obviously overburdened, as our drinks were not refilled in a reasonable time even though we used the international signal for refill: an empty glass on the edge of the table easily visible. Now the part you’ve all been waiting for: the food. We enjoyed our lunch tremendously. Chicken alfredo and pasta bolegnese were both very tasty and the serving sizes quite generous. At the next table a customer had a very tempting giant lasagna that will be my pick next time. Oddly, as a Coke place they didn’t have Diet Coke, only the inferior Coke Zero. The only downside regarding food was very lame unsweet tea. Overall we will return because the food was very good and we saw other menu items we talked about getting on our next visit. Please address the small shortcomings but we will still return.

First time trying this place. It was very busy when we arrived which is usually a good sign. Unfortunately, they did not have adequate staff to accommodate. It took us almost 20 minutes to get drinks and then one of the orders was wrong.
Entrees took an hour and 10 minutes to be delivered after asking about our food twice. It finally came out one entree at a time over a ten minute period leaving some of our party waiting for the rest to be served. I ordered the veal Casablanca. Flavor was decent but the veal was fibrous and chewy. It seemed more like cube steak than veal. We are in an underserved area for restaurant options which unfortunately gives the ones here a license to be mediocre and get away with it. Service standards did not meet the $30 entree prices nor did food quality.

Ordered online and picked up. Delicious lasagna. My kids loved the kids meals. Good food but I did find the pasta to be pricey. We ordered pasta and paid 4 dollars for meatballs. We were disappointed when it only came with ONE meatball. Yes $4 for one meatball. That why I removed a star.
Parking: Huge parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Very Kid friendly. The kids meal offers a variety of meals such as pasta, pizza, and chicken.
