“This was my first visit, but will not be my last! My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.“

“This 1 star is because of staff. I love the tea here but I’m finding myself not wanting to come back because the staff is rude and unfriendly. The last straw was the door being open 5 minutes before opening and being yelled at saying we don’t open until 11. Like it’s cold outside. At least say we don’t open until 11 but have a seat. But nothing no apology and I’ve had it with the staff here like hire someone else.

“Yummy! The tea was awesome. I'd ordered mango yogurt tea with mango boba. It was perfect consistency and flavor. Impulse added mango pudding. It was sweet perfection. Could have eaten 10 of them :) definitely going to come here very often.“

“I loved the gluten free options! Only complaint I have if any, was the wait time was a little strange. Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. The sandwich was good but I feel like the customer service could be worked on.“

“This new Poke and Hibachi place in JCP area is awesome! Fresh ingredients and very unique sauce tasty!! Also obsessed with their brown sugar boba milk tea!! Price super affordable as well! Definitely will come back!“
