The plant based burger was absolutely disgusting. Felt like it was soaked in salt! The ac was also broken today and not to mention a slippery, greasy floor that made me feel like I was going to fall down. For burgers that cost as much as this, I expected better.

The enticing aroma of the food wafted from a distance, and the menu appeared visually appealing. However, upon receiving our meal, the burger disintegrated rapidly and exhibited an excessive saltiness. The texture and appearance strongly suggested that the meat was not genuine. The overwhelming saltiness left me feeling unwell afterward. The French fries were equally salty. While the customer service was commendable, I would refrain from recommending the food. Furthermore, the cups and lids of the beverages were prone to dislodging. Finally, the restroom was extremely disgusting; it smelled like feces and urine all over, and it was evident that it did not get cleaned. In summary, I have no intention of returning to this establishment. My wife and I are not doing well after eating here for the first time; she contracted food poisoning. I do not recommend this establishment.

I experienced food poisoning after eating here, and they are refusing to refund me. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment unless you want to risk getting sick, as they do not wash their lettuce properly.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have typically enjoyed my meals. Recently, I ordered a burger without the bun, just wrapped in lettuce, and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning. After reaching out to the restaurant, I have waited three days without receiving any follow-up.

I believe a refund is the appropriate response, and I am disputing the charge with my bank. There seem to be food safety issues, particularly with the lettuce, so I recommend that others exercise caution until these concerns are addressed.

Food is always good earlier in the day; Later in the day it is noticeably older. I don't mind scraps here and there, but skimping on the cheese on cheese fries is kind of lame. Staff are always pleasant!
