I'm sure they're probably better at night time, but every time I go for lunch while at work you're going to be there for a long time waiting for your food. On top of that they're usually out of meat or some other breakfast item. It's so new yet so dysfunctional (which you can see while watching them in the kitchen) Again I'm sure some shifts are better but the 8am-3pn times have always been a bad experience

I recently visited this Burger King and had a disappointing experience due to an employee named Mike, he showcased unprofessional and hostile behavior. From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed impatient and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about the menu, he responded with an attitude that was both rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, but this interaction fell far below that standard. Instead of resolving my concern, his tone made the situation worse, leaving me frustrated.
I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but respect and professionalism should never be compromised. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I’m hesitant to return unless better customer service is ensured.

This restaurant is very bad besides the dirty floor we had to wait for a long period of time even my little sister fell asleep the employees were very dirty they cooked without gloves and in my case I saw an employee spit on my chips 🥺🥺I had to vote the chips the atmosphere was humid and disgusting dirty bad words When I tried to ask the service to give me extra glasses so I could share the supposed sprite with my family, it turned out that it was carbonated water they took my finger off half when I was leaving thinking I wasn't seeing 👀 I couldn't vent because I'm shy but if I can here it's very disgusting 🤮 I don't recommend everything

In the drive through and the lady didn't even let me finish my order. I was waiting for over 5min for someone to answer me and finally she said I'm sorry I thought you were done but to go to the window to finish my order. Then I asked for 2 separate orders of bacon cheeseburger patties with only bacon and cheese on them and I only got one and they had lettuce, onion, tomato and ketchup on them. My daughter and I waited at least a total of 30 min for her and my meal.

The burger is excellent and the staff is very friendly.
I came to Burger King today November 23rd. the staff was very welcoming. My wife and I have placed a large order and everything was correct. Mr. Mike greeted me with a smile and even held a nice conversation. While I waited on my food. There's not many times where fast food joint deserves an amazing review but the team here has!

Burger King in our neighborhood is always a great choice. Every visit is made special by the kind and attentive service from the girl who always serves us. She’s incredibly warm and friendly, making our dining experience very enjoyable. Wishing you happiness every day! We truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service at this location. Plus, their veggie burger is delicious and definitely worth trying! Highly recommend!
