Unbelievably slow service. Lots of order mistakes and confusion.

Much improved! Drive thru line a bit long. Food was hot and fresh. Service with a smile. Compared to a year ago this location has made major improvements. Kudos to management for recognizing deficiencies and working to correct!

Horrible service waited at the counter and everyone standing there looking at me waiting for me to use the self kiosk in which it DID NOT offer what I wanted, so that’s exactly why I was waiting. I called the store 2 times before even arriving in which it went unanswered. Ended up walking out. Got to the drive through, nobody in line. Was told to wait. /‘d sat there before pulling off because literally how do you have 7 people in the store and nobody is working.

There’s an African American female with no name tag that talks too much and moves too slow. If she shut up, things could move faster. Get rid of her ASAP!

I just came through the drive-thru and ordered Cini Minis. While I was in the drive thru, the cashier said she'd be right back with the icing for them, and never came back. Another employee gave me my food instead. I just got to work and opened the back, and the Cini Minis are ice cold, not warmed up, and no icing. 😒

I waited in line for five minutes and did not put in my order. Another person got in a different lane and they took care of that person first. Say the least I am not impressed.

The food was bad and soda was bad as well and it took us 20 minutes to get our order and the employees didn’t give my son a toy ( but gave a cookie instead) and that was on our order . And wen we sat down my son noticed that the seats were made from wood ☹️

Decided to review this location again bc after Months we tried again. Apparently gluten for punishment 😂. Stood at the empty counter of an empty restaurant with two cars in line for 8 minutes on my lunch break and out of the employee chatter, no one acknowledged us there. I had a question prior to ordering. So we decided to walk out. On our way out the door employees decided to start yelling from the counter asking if we needed anything.
This Burger King totally lives up to its bad reputation in the area.

We attempted online breakfast orders on two separate occasions (Saturday). Both occasions it was important that we grab and go, hence the online order😒 . Both occasions the order was not ready, despite the 50 minute preorders. Both occasions we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for food at 8:45 in morning and put behind schedule late to an event. To add fuel to the fire, there were no cars upon arrival and departure on the first occasion. The second occasion, one customer pulled through the drive thru. There was plenty of time for a “fast food” restaurant to complete 3 breakfast meals. We will not go back to this Burger King again and will also make sure our friends and neighbors know not to waist their time on this locations lack of service as well. This was well over an hour after order placement and that is unacceptable.
Side note:
Upon inquiry, the employee advised that they do not prepare the order until an online button is pressed. They press the button when the customer arrives.
* This would explain the online ordering issue, which is a management problem. Managers here may want to review their online ordering and employee training process.

Very disgusting food I went here the other night October 31, 2025. The lady at the drive-through was nice but the food was very disgusting and awful. The chicken wrap I ordered was very soggy and very cold the lettuce was soggy and old not fresh. The jalapeño poppers taste horrible. This place needs to close down immediately.
They really should be ashamed of themselves for serving disgusting, horrible food like that I wasted my money going there thinking because it was in a nice neighborhood that it was good and it was not .overall zero stars.

I always visit this location the food is good but it took 40 minutes to get my order. I think the kiosk are a bad idea .I saw people leave because Noone can help them order.i offered to help some people but hood thing they left the wait time is unreal. Please hire more people. The workers are great. Seems under staffed and the drive thru is more important it seems.
