I've come to the realization that ALL Burger Kings are awful. They truly need to close the doors and call it a day. The food is nasty cold, which is astonishing considering it takes them 15 min to make your order. Our kids meal came with a paper crown! If you don't have a toy to offer, the price should be reduced, not supplemented with a paper crown or a cookie. Worst service and food ever!

There should be a zero star option. In the (5) chances that I given this locations, not one has gone without issue. 1) 15 minutes after lunch started, they were still transitioning from breakfast. I was told lunch would be another 20 minutes. 2) on top occasions, the broilers weren't working. Really? In my 53 years, not once have i ever been told that. 3) They were out of burger meat, only fryer menu items. 4) I was told my payment didn't go through after paying in CASH. 5) I went into restaurant to order and not one employee was at the counter or in view while there was a line of cars. Who owns this location? They should be absolutely embarrassed by the complete incompetence of management and staff. Don't give this location any business and hopefully they will close.

This is an almost brand new location, but it's the worst manged I've ever visited. The food is slapped together, which makes the 30 minute wait for it even worse. The entire store should be terminated and hire a completely new staff.

Never have I been asked to back up in a drive through ever.According to the manager they asked me to back up to help their drive up times.Keeping a long line waiting at the order kiosk is unacceptable.Learn some customer service. And quit trying to manipulate the system.Where’s the leadership at?

We dined in and waited 45 minutes for food with our two kids. We ordered at 7:03 and got our food at 7:47. Don't eat here until new management is in place. I watched the two men in back partially make a sandwich and leave it on the counter for a good 15 minutes while talking before wrapping it up. I walked across the street got taco bell for myself, came back, ate my food (my kids ate half of it because they were starving) and our my husband and kids food STILL wasn't done. No tables were cleaned, food prep area was disgusting. Just. Don't. Eat. Here. You've been warned.

It's sad what has happened to Burger King. It's not just this location. It's pointless to eat inside. They put the drive thru over the dining room. Ordering on computers.. I feel bad for their 2 employees trying to keep up with a dinner rush.
