This is a really nice Burlington store. It's bright and clean and well organized. The shoe department is tidy and sizes are clearly marked on top of each aisle. There were some really cool brand name shoes at incredible prices. Same with the purses. They were organized by color. There were quite a few high end brand names here too. Although a great location this store fails horribly on customer service, cleanliness and stock. During my first visit for opening week, items were left on the floors, shelves were empty and merchandise was “tossed” around no organization. I gave That time the benefit and returned recently. Unfortunately o experienced the same thing. Shelves appeared scarce, merchandise wasn’t properly organized and sadly, customer service is not courteous. Burlington has everything! This location seems to be a bit small but you can’t beat a place that offers everything from clothes to household items and toys at a reasonable price. The cashier that checked me out was also very sweet, I wish that I had caught her name. But I truly appreciated her pleasant disposition!
