First time visit to this location on a Sunday morning. The staff were all very attentive and provided a warm welcome to us as we entered the building. We were seated promptly and waters were brought to us along with our beers within only minutes of being seated, which was fantastic! Our server, Wilmata (I’m certain I’m spelling this wrong!) was fantastic and EXTREMELY polite and accommodating to our many requests - what a rockstar she is! Eduardo made sure the chips and salsa stayed full and brought our food out promptly. We will definitely be back soon and to anyone reading this, I highly recommend you stop in for a decent meal provided by very kind folks at a very reasonable price ! Thank you guys!

Love this place! We came here with two kids and we were very needy, and Emilia was super attentive and responsive and got us all the things we needed. 🤪 The food was delicious too, and I love the artwork on the walls!

The worst service I have ever received. 5 people ordered waters after 25 minutes we got 3 waters. 2 individuals ordered surf n turf burrito they brought out a chicken and fries burrito. When shown they brought the wrong food they took the plates with the burritos and sides and 20 minutes later brought us 1 surf and turf burrito no sides... asked for manager but nobody showed. Horrible service brought us the bill minus a surf and turf burrito. Got sick of explaining so paid and left

How is no one mentioning the almost cinnamon flavor in the ground beef? Could be ancho chilis but it’s not good for ground beef tacos in my opinion. My daughter definitely did not like them.

Not happy with my first visit. Will likely be my last. I took my family because I'd seen that on Mondays kids meals were $2.99. I walked in and noticed the deal posted in plain view on the window next to the entrance. We sat down and ordered 2 kids meals and 3 other entrees. When the time came to pay, I looked at my bill and saw I had been charged full price for both kids meals. When I raised my concern the waiter informed me the policy had changed and they were no longer offering the Monday deal. When I pointed out that they still have the deal posted at the entrance he offered to let the manager know. Even after talking to the manager the establishment's response was basically "sorry, not sorry". No discount, no manager stopping by to apologize and explain the situation; nothing. It's a shame too because I promise I'll not step foot in any Cantina Louie anywhere despite how much I enjoyed the food. I'm certain I'll find a place with a more accommodating and upfront policy where I can spend my money. Not only did I find the unwillingness to admit that the posted policy entitled me to a reduction in my bill, I am convinced their silence on the policy was intentional. With several families with kids dining in their establishment on a posted kids menu discount day, I believe management was taking advantage of the families who wouldn't notice the discrepancy. An honest, customer oriented establishment would have made it clear to any family with children that the policy was rescinded and allow them to decide if they still wanted to dine there. Instead silence ensured everyone was on the hook when it came time to settle the bill. That level of dishonesty speaks volumes about management and how they regard their clientele. Thanks for making that obvious on my very first visit. I'll be sure to pass along the sentiment to everyone I know so they can avoid the bait and switch.
Our waiter Jesus was amazing！ I have been here multiple times, but to be honest, this was the Best service I’ve had, he even made sure I got a custom dinner dish made!
