The food is always consistent at this location compared to a lot of others. The service however, not as much. Now I’ve been in the restaurant industry before and have worked in customer service my entire work life. I can understand and empathize that it gets busy and people are doing multiple things at a time but it is extremely disappointing everytime I place a mobile order. I went in tonight and purchase a gift card then went through the drive through to get my food. The young lady that helped me at the register was very sweet and had no issues. As well as the gentleman in the lane. My issue seems to be with that I’m assuming is the manager. Every time I’ve gone through the lane and she is at the window it’s very short and almost rude. She asks the name in a matter of “name?” Rather than taking the time to even say hello (including when it is slow) then after you’re handed your food the window shuts. Again not even a good bye, good night, thank you, you’re welcome or have a good day. It may seem like I’m being dramatic but it really does ruin the experience and put a bad taste in my mouth when going to this location. Every interaction I’ve had with this woman has been disappointing. I think if you’re going to be in a position where you deal with the public basic manners(please, thank you, you’re welcome etc.) should be the bottom line of expectations. I really hope that this can improve as it does hinder me from wanting to visit this location even if it’s the closest one.

This Chipotle didn’t just feed me, it changed me. I walked in a humble, hungry civilian and walked out a fully-assembled burrito ambassador with rice confidence and extra-chicken energy.

The portions? Generous. The guac? Financially irresponsible but emotionally necessary. The tortilla? Wrapped tighter than my budget after adding queso.

Every bite felt like a warm, spicy hug from someone who really believes in cilantro. I don’t know who was on the line today, but give them a raise, a medal, and first dibs on the fajita peppers.

Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I risk it all for double protein again? Without hesitation. Chipotle, you’ve earned these five stars and my unwavering loyalty until the next craving hits (so… tomorrow).

This location is incredibly understaffed and not able to accommodate the volume of customers. It’s a terrible experience and the staff appears incredibly stressed out.

This is only two of six items ordered. All the burritos were small portions and my tacos (shown) were thrown together. I went back and spoke with a manager and another lady and was given a hard time because I asked them to remake the meal, with the correct portions. Both women swore the portions were correct and Nicole, the manager, told her worker (in front of my face) “I’m going to remake her food with the same portions,” with such attitude as if to imply the order was make correctly. When the order was remade, the burritos were noticeably bigger. The manager Nicole was rude. My veggie burrito (no meat, guacamole instead) had less than a teaspoon of guacamole. I made sure to get refunded my tip and 1/3 of my meal but wish I could’ve received a full refund. Do not visit this location and if you must, go inside and watch them make your food!

The st johns location is great food is great and service is good. The restaurant itself is very small and a little cramped but great for a grab and go.

The food is consistently good, just like other Chipotle locations. The takeout system, however, is poorly managed. Instead of placing mobile orders on the designated pickup shelves, staff move them to the drive-through area. Anyone who walks in has to track down an employee and ask them to search for their order, which defeats the purpose of convenient pickup.

The service was great but the food quaility isn't as good as it used to be. The chips were stale & the beef was very chewy. It may just be this location.
Tge music too loud & there was a very annoying type of music part of the time we ate.

Every time I have ordered food from this location either in person, pickup, or delivery it has been HORRIBLE. I don’t understand how difficult it is to make orders correctly and the food here seems low quality. Tonight, they were somehow out of chicken, not sure how that happens and then mixed up the ingredients on the two bowls I ordered.

The best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Honestly shocked at the poor reviews for this place as it was the only Chipotle I’ve ever had a good experience at. Jade was super nice and rolls the best burrito I’ve ever mouthed. Wish I could give more stars. Gang gang etcetera

Dbl meat 2 choicea was not hot, and the chips were stale at 12:15 on a Saturday. I told the guy on the line please be a little slower with my 79 year old mom behind me. She has never been to a Chipotle before. He still rushed her, spoke so fast it made her dislike the experience.

This new Chipotle was clean and well-maintained. The food was fresh and tasted as expected. The four-star rating for service is because of the cashier. She wasn't friendly and didn't thank me for my business.
