Food is pretty good. It's probably the only fast food franchise that won't give you food poisoning. Can't beat their custard..There burgers are good, but they aren't Wisconsin Culver's good. Burgers are missing that butter, grease, flavor?

Went through the drive-through 12/13/25 at 11:30am on the way out of town. Attendant at the window was not helpful and kind of rude. Did not mark the drinks and when I asked which drink was sugar-free she said “I guess you’ll have to take them.” I was not with people who I drink after, just a weird and awkward comment to my question. Had to turn back around and go inside to get ketchup bc we asked for additional ketchup at the window and there was only 2 packs of ketchup for 3 meals/people. The employee inside the dining room was extremely positive in greeting me and helpful. Good was great. I don’t think this is a company problem I think this is a specific team member issue.

The Butter Burgers, Onion Rings and ice cream were excellent. Impressed by all. The food was served hot and came out quickly on every visit. The food was consistent and the atmosphere is comfortable. Looking forward to trying other menu items. I can see why their business is very successful.

This is the 5th time that I have placed an Uber Eats order with this location and they left out an entire meal. It happened again yesterday and the manager on duty was rude and said just called Uber for a refund. He didn't seem to care that I had no dinner!

Drive through at 8pm is ridiculous. How does it take 15 minutes to even get to the window? Never-ending waiting for your food. There are 5 cars in front of me with stickers just waiting. Im astonished at the amount of time it takes. I come during lunch and no issues, dinner time needs better staff and/or more staff. Awful!

It took 28 minutes to get our food the fish sandwich looked more like a fish slider the fries were so salty I couldn't even eat it ot was my first time ever going to that location and my last.sorr
