Every time I come here, they get my order wrong. The usual excuse from the owners on down is, "We have new cooks." One time, they tried to kill me with burger patties so under cooked, a skilled veterinarian could have saved the cow. The usual screw up is, i order a double and get a single. The new cook excuse doesn't work because i find it hard to believe a cook can't tell the difference between a single and a double on the ticket. Judging from what i saw standing at the cook station this evening however, led me to believe maybe the cook isn't capable of deciphering the ticket. "Stupid is as stupid does, Lt Dan " I don't frequent this place very often, but i thought I'd see if they've improved since my last visit. They haven't. Won't be going back.... Ever.

My wife and I are big Culver’s fans. We’ve even been to the original in Wisconsin. So we were very excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, we’ve been to this location 3x and all 3x our order has been incorrect. The first time we got someone else’s order, it happens. We went back to give it another chance. The last time, they forgot an entree. We called them, they refused to give us a refund unless we drove 30 minutes back to their store dispute ordering it on their app. Today, they forgot our cheese curds. Additionally, today, when asks about if your fries share a fryer with the curds and chicken (we have a gluten allergy in our family), the drive thru guy said “I think they don’t.” Not very assuring. Please improve your quality control.

The service was great and the people were friendly. I ordered the supreme chilli as a part of my to go meal. They mixed the cheese and onions that came with the chilli into one container. I didn't see it until I got home. The other Culver's store US 1 in St Augustine doesn't put the cheese and onions in the same container. Not a big deal but it seemed odd. Especially if I didn't want the cheese or the onions. Outside of that it was a good.meal.

Tea and James were so patient with me yesterday. I made a couple of separate orders for cod fish sandwiches, I switched my orders and caused some confusion; however, they were so nice about it. The fish sandwiches were outstanding. I plan to stop by this specific location to order a couple more on my way back out of state.

I've never had Culver's before I saw the commercials alot and I got curious and all I can say was wow I loved it and definitely will keep going back the customer service was wonderful I love the way they direct traffic to wait on your order and I didn't realize our order took alittle time to prepare they was so generous that when the order came to us we was offered a free custard on our next vist oh and if you love milk shakes i suggest the pumpkin spice milkshake its really delicious ....good food good service and great prices I loved it 😍
