This location used to be spot on. Now the tea is always funky tasting and my croissant sandwiches and bagels are always burnt tasting. They say it’s because they came out a little brown this time. It happens every week I’m in there. This is my cinnamon bagel….burnt. Will not be back

I ordered assorted donuts; they were not assorted correctly. I felt a bit rushed- when I asked a question about the flavors, the cashier said she didn't know the flavors either. It wasn't the nicest visit but it also wasn't the worst visit. I utilized the drive-thru and from what I saw- the restaurant's exterior looked very clean.

The young Arab / Indian woman who works in the evening will steal your cash. If she is working I do not recommend.. She tried stealing $30 from me but in the end still pocket $10 of mine. I will not be returning as I am absolutely appalled to be taken advantage of while I am sick and out of it.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’. My order is never correct, no matter how simple it is. The workers are consistently rude and dismissive, showing no interest in providing even basic customer service. This is easily the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking for quality service and accuracy.

One of the workers who my family sees frequently, a larger black woman who I believe is a trainer, is disrespectful and has a bad attitude towards customers. Workers negatively discuss drink orders and make fun of them loudly. The alleged trainer favors male employees over female which puts the females at a disadvantage in her presence that we have the pleasure of hearing about, also loudly. It is uncomfortable inside and the drinks are mediocre at best. I have received the wrong milk in my drinks multiple times as well.

I went here 3 days in a row, my order was only correct on one of the days. And it was the busiest day, the other 2 days I was the only car. I wish I had a job where I was right only one third of the time. 🙄

Worst service ever. I was the only one in the line at the counter. Two baristas were behind the counter. I waited for a few minutes before asking if they would take my order. They didn't provide an answer. As I started to leave, they just watched me exit. Remember these are paid employees. I'm never going back to this location.

$7.00 is way too much for a lg coffee. I'm disappointed in the cost of just a coffee and will most likely never buy it here again. The coffee is cheapest to make and is a staple at Dunkin' Donuts. Why on earth would it cost that much for a hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso? No wonder our economic crisis is so bad. Corporations like this put profits over customers.
