I ordered a medium caramel iced latte with two pumps of sugar free vanilla with oat milk and splenda, and whenever i got it, it was completely wrong and undrinkable. Mind you I got home that night at 2am from traveling and had to go to the school the next day. I couldn’t turn around because i would have been late to school. Instead of my original order they gave me a- medium iced DECAF latte, 3 caramel swl, 2 vanilla shots, 3 splenda, and oat milk. I have being coming to this location for years but the experience has ruined that.

They would not honor the coupon I had on my app becuase they said they couldn't figure out how to use promo codes. The manager was very rude and unprofessionable. They forgot my ham and Swiss croissant stuffer too and I had to go back a second time.

I've been visiting this location for a while. Recently, they have decided to add a tip option on the drive thru checkout as they stand there and stare at you. Not cool and no tip should be needed for something like that. I pay $5 for a coffee that I drove myself to your establishment to get...I dont owe anyone a tip. I'll be back if the tip stuff stops. Until then, no thanks.
