They make my frozen coffee like it's supposed to be made everytime. Very nice staff at 5:30 in the morning.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice gradual ramp to the front door. Easy to get in and out.
Never has any muffins.Ask for anything else...well, you might as well ask what they have because they pretty much are well stocked on coffee, the rest... good luck!We had a party of 11. Only two were able to get what they wanted.

Waited a little longer than normal to be helped for a over $5 one special coffee, than one associate was nice then the other helping me was a bit stressed. Then, seemed quick to serve. Seems to be a busy place and the workers and the building is to small and not enough to supply the demand!Parking: Not big enough!

Don't let your brand go to your head the coffee is not that great that you can't take an order at the window and then make a customer to make you feel bad by talking about you. I guess the only thing good about a nap is you don't have to tip the app so your employees are losing out

Unfortunately there is zero supervision at this location. If you show up an hour before closing they will tell you they are out of whatever you order or the machine is broke. Coffee also gets screwed up regularly. Even if you order ahead it's also not ready ever. Lids are also never put on correctly so expect spillage.

Cashier was very unfriendly. Also my coffee tasted weird. It had an awful aftertaste. Never going back. I had the coffee before in other locations and they were good. I ended up throwing away my coffee after one sip. I don’t recommend this

Every time Griffin is working the drive thru window, everything works out perfect. He is so professional, kinds, well spoken. Orders are correct!! Great asset to the store.

I’ve been coming here since they opened every morning. They are all friendly and have no complaints. I stop at night sometimes and great interaction with the crew. Sometimes you have to wait it’s expected.Parking: Just a drive thru location
i ordered 3 sprinkled donuts and the guy at the window read me my order and handed it to me so i assumed it was correct when he handed me the box. IT WAS NOT RIGHT. Instead of my delicious donuts i got 25 blueberry MUNCHKINS. I was late to school because of this insolent mess up. I do not have time for this and i’m VERY disappointed and now i will forever stick to starbucks.#starbies4eva

I bring my son here two to three times a week as a special treat during our weekly therapy sessions. I have to say the staff has been amazing all around, but the young man Tyler that is usually working when we come through in the evening times has always gone above and beyond with all my sons quirky requests whether one day it's a coolata and the next day it's 3 different donuts and he does it all with a smile on his face while helping my sweet but awkward child. My son has a hard time talking to people in general especially when it comes to food orders etc. Tyler has made him comfortable enough in ordering his drinks and donuts throughout the week that the little courage he does have now I definitely think it's because Tyler made each visit the best experience for him.

This is absolutely the slowest DD I've ever been to and there isn't even counter service! Today I've been stuck in the drive through line 18 mins for 1 coffee that I pre ordered on the mobile app. There are only 6 cars in front of me buy line only moves every 6 to 8 mins. For reference, it's a Monday at 10am. This happens each time I come to this location. The other DD on the other side of 95 has twice the amount of business and takes 2 to 3 mins in drive thru. I'm not sure what's going on here but management definitely needs to shadow and identify the delays.

Honestly, won’t be coming back here again. This is the slowest Dunkin, prepare to sit in line for at least 15 minutes if not more. There is another Dunkin location just 3-4 minutes in the other direction, do yourself a favor and go there instead. It is shocking how slow this location is, I’ve given it a try multiple times at different times of day and it is always slow.
