Overall the comeback was a letdown. Having shopped at EarthFare pre Covid it never felt the same when it re-opened. All of the prices increased pretty drastically compared to before they closed. I understand Covid but it was already pricy before the pandemic.Quality is the biggest issue overall. The to-go food areas, deli, seafood and meats used to be my go-to at EarthFare. The new location everything just looked meh at best. If anything a lot of the stuff looked unappetizing/gross.Huge reason I even started coming back was literally only for a brand called Homestead. Amazing milk/lemonade products. Lost that brand for over two years here in Florida. It was short lived having it back for about a year but now that they’re closing again…. It’s gone once more. Was so excited for them to reopen and after visiting only two times after their grand opening I knew they wouldn’t last, wasn’t the same.:(
I absolutely LOVE this store. The options on organic items and the quality of the Earth Fare brand products are excellent. Also the staff at this location off 210 are super nice. Bob and Jen are great if you meet them while shopping. I got a sample gift pack and got to learn why earth fare closed and reopened and all I can say is YES! So glad they are open again!
Wow! My wife and I didn't know you guys were open. We discovered this after dining at a restaurant next to you. Good selection, seems just like everywhere else there are some supply chain challenges. My wife found produce and dessert wine. Grabbed Key West shrimp for weekend football. We'll be back!
Earth Fare is back as an underdog. Pandemic/supply chain challenges...the staff will make an effort to order or help with alternatives. They have a good assortment of specialty cheeses and clean eating, food trays for gatherings. The dairy line in glass bottles reminds me of childhood. Happy Earth Fare has returned!
I am lover fare earth but they were shut down then back and I saw bad reviews and enter but somehow this so bad smell! But other food are fine to me.
Will never step foot in this store again. They never have the advertised meat sales in their cases. Over priced and rude employees
Have gone into store several times for advertised specials and other organically. NEVER have any specials in stock and in general employees are not costumer conscious. Store failed before and is on-track to fail again! Do not waste your time.
I loved Earth Fare and sad is an understatement when they closed. My drive time to shop at this store is 45 min, one way, so clearly I have to love it. However, now that they reopened, the quality is not where it was. Some meat looked not so great and old in the case. I purchased the grass fed tomahawks and they didn’t last two days in my fridge and we’re spoiled. I thought it was just me so we cooked them anyways and I couldn’t swallow the first bite. They were completely rancid. Earth fare gave me my money back and was very nice about it. I’ve since been back up but I seem to have stuff spoiling faster/not fresh and tasting/poorer quality. I bought macarons from the bakery and they were really artificial in flavor and old in texture—so I threw them out. I’m just not finding it worth my drive or money. I spent about $350 the first round because although they didn’t have the savings cards set up yet, the check out person scanned a promotional card they had to assist when I asked to sign up for their loyalty stuff. The following visit I spent about $450 as even though I since signed up for the electronic savings as they told me to, I still didn’t get any savings offers because they said it wasn’t in place yet. I really believe in supporting places I like as much as possible as I want them to be around when I need something, but I’m really torn about going out of my way when I could go to any local place and have a similar experience.
I also was employed here and can certainly tell you all that they have no care about the freshness or safety of the food. These photos are from the cooler and this is how they will constantly keep food in there. They have zero regard for any customer. Items that go expired in produce are then given to the kitchen to then be used in the food you all eat. None of it is fresh and it never will be fresh. I can promise you that.
All you earth fare lovers… get ready I worked at this location for a while and let me tell you guys, you are eating expired food that is being cooked.. also they do not cover food already cooked in cooler and they use food from the day before on the hot bar!! There are sugar ants all in the bakery… eat up

I should have stopped at the front door, turned around, and went anywhere else! There was the worst smell coming from the Seafood Department. A few other people mentioned it too. Definitely fish not being refrigerated at the proper temperature kinda of smell. I picked up a few things and got out quickly. When I for home, I went to open some precut watermelon and the top blew off from fermentation. It was rancid! I bagged it up, and went back to the store for a refund. So a quick trip turned into a two hour mess. If they don’t get it together, they’ll be closing in St. John’s again before you know it. Such a bummer. Get it together before someone gets sick!
Sooo much potential!!So poorly executed :( it's so sad I want to like this place so bad but it has the worst smell in the world as soon as you walk in.They have really great deals on grass fed beef but it always looks brown, very tough: hope they figure it out. I want them to succeed but it's always a pretty bad experience when I go.
Not that impressed with the quality. We bought a Tomahawk Steak on the afternoon of 10/9 from butchered meats section. We drove straight home and refrigerated it accordingly. Went to prepare the steak on 10/11 and once we opened the packaging it smelled like a rotting carcass. I expected better quality for the price. We literally watched the gentleman cut the steak in the back. My review is not a reflection of the butcher, he was super friendly, attentive and answered all our questions. A “high end” store should provide better product, and should have a shelf life longer than two days.
I loved the olive bar, great wine selection, and everything I tried from the bakery was delicious. Great selection of our favorites!
Has so many organic, vegan, and gluten free options! Even has a salad bar and make your own pizzas and sandwiches!
