no matter which way we ask, they can’t make the bacon on a sandwich crispy whether we ask for it to be double toasted so the bacon is crispy or cooked open faced so the bacon is crispy, it’s always flaccid and uneditable, for the price that is paid and with a tip it should be cooked properly at the store, not having to be redone at home, coffee is always good so just sucks we can’t get the same service with the food with one simple request

Unlike most other coffee places that are a little pricey this one, you actually feel like you get your money's worth. The people are super nice. They give you genuine recommendations they have a good system that gets you your food and drink quick and I've never been dissatisfied with what I actually got.
Zero customer support zero service skills and no help from nobody. I have watched countless people move inches by minutes and it’s crazy that nobody’s getting nowhere. These lines don’t move and nothing gets done. I am a DoorDash driver and having to wait through a drive-through only restaurant when our protocol is to only go inside of a building and pick up the order makes is extremely hard and the fact that they have long lines that exceed out onto the roads that make it hazardous for traffic one and secondly, making an impossible for most of not others to get where they’re trying to go this restaurant or café or whatever it is needs to fix their drive-through or open up an inside so that way people and other clients can move through freely

Ellianos has to be my favorite on the go coffee shop there is. Not only do the barista’s give you good customer service, but the quality is by far better by leaps and bounds compared to their competitor Starbucks to be honest there’s not really a competitor. I want to give a shout out to an exemplary employee at the Ellianos coffee shop on racetrack Road in St. John’s Florida, named JOHN. This gentleman was not only patiance , but was willing to make a different drink than I originally ordered just due to preference. His words exactly, “sir I’m here to make you the perfect drink.” What a professional young man and someone who took pride in what they do. That as a customer, I not only value but appreciate which makes me come back to this location over and over. Keep up the good work!
