This place is not worth the money at all. Starting with the ordering. It took 10 minutes to scroll through every option to order for 4 people. They charge for absolutely everything, fries don’t come with burgers and neither do drinks. Every sauce is extra money. No fountain machines they bring the drinks out to you and then never check if you want a refill. No napkins at the table or salt and pepper. The food was mediocre and not worth the $110 that was spent. Update changing to 1 star due to food poisoning.

I don’t think you could really pay me to go back to this place. Half of my fries were not cooked, and when they brought the food to the table they forgot my salad. I told the girl at the counter I had a Ceasar salad, and she said that they were making it. She had given it to me when it was ready, and let me show you what it looked like. There is absolutely no way this is an actual Ceasar salad, AND she didn’t give me dressing. I was honestly so upset about it that I threw it in the trash, we left.

Order at a kiosk, lots of options. Pick your paddy size like fudruckers. Fountain sodas are behind counter. No refill asks. 15% tip and beyond requested when ordering. Someone will wander around with your food calling a name, likely yours on order, but not guaranteed. Food is beyond disappointing. $40 for basic fast food quality.
Mushroom and Swiss was over cooked, dry, maybe 6 mushroom slices, Luke warm ,not the gooey mess a mushroom Swiss should be.
Beer battered onion rings were seemingly without an onion, Luke warm and overcooked.
Plain burger with lettuce and pickle was dry and not worth $10+
If you are cruising down I95 and want a quick off and back on mediocre at best $40 burgers for 2, this is your place.
Does have a drive up, building used to be a Burger King.

Went in for my first time
Was in a hurry. When I entered there were no people behind the counter, just a bunch of screens to order your food. Started trying to figure out what burger. I only wanted a basic cheese burger. While trying to change the items it list for the burgers, screen went back to the start. Still no one around to order, already late. I walked out

I felt that is was ok and not really worth the price. The place seems to nickle and dime you when ordering. Spent $100 for burgers and fries that were just ok ..and yes I tried their signature burgers and tried the gravy fries, seemed kinda bland..not as good as burger barn

Epik $72 mistake. Food was overpriced, and not worth the hype. We came in excited at 5pm on a Sunday. Place was maybe half full, not busy but a decent amount of people. They don’t have American Cheese as an option. I get what you’re trying to do, an elevated burger, but that’s just lame. 2 no frills burgers, 2 kids meals, 3 fries 4 drinks and an Oreo shake. $72 with tax. We waited 29 mins for the food to come out. I had to ask about it twice. They lost my son’s hot dog. I get it’s the first couple weeks, it wasn’t even that busy. One of the servers was super friendly and apologetic, the other workers I interacted with were either ignoring me or annoyed when I asked a question. The burgers themselves were mediocre. The beef seemed good quality, but desperately needed to be seasoned. Salt was nowhere to be found. We asked one of the workers for salt. Never got any. The Boss Sauce is absolutely horrendous. It tasted like vinegar and paint. There was no explanation of what it is on the menu, so I took a chance. Big mistake. Fries were mushy. The Oreo shake was the only good thing. It was excellent. Tried it, will not be going back. Burger Barn is way better.

We ate there yesterday and I would say it was very underwhelming for the price and service. Our order was 2 build your own Burgers - you are charged extra for every individual item (except the basics LT). One hot dog completely plain, one plain FF and one “loaded” fry and 3 fountain drinks. Our bill was over $70.

Drinks are $3.50 and no refills. *maybe they do refill but it isn’t self serve and there is no counter employ.

Food took a really long time, so much that we had to wave over an employee to check and she said “most of our order was in the window” - which seems they waited to bring food out until the whole order was complete. Several items were cold.

We got their ranch, gravy and cilantro dips to try. The gravy is really good and I would definitely eat it again.

Everything is sold separately, so the prices add up quickly.

Both of our burgers were ordered medium and came well done.

The couple of servers that came out of the back were very friendly and helpful.

We would try it again, but at $25 a person, there are better choices in the area. (in my opinion)

One more thing - everything is ordered on a big screen at the front of the restaurant. Being new, it really would have benefited them to have someone greeting customers and offering information and answering questions. It felt very cold and robotic.

Decided to try this place out, my husband and I both ordered medium rare burgers. . . Both burgers raw, not medium rare, not even rare. . . raw. I also had my toddler and the kids menu is extremely limited, thankfully she didn’t have a burger there, considering they came out raw. Definitely not worth $42. Will not be back.

Epik burger recently opened in St Johns and we stopped by to give them a try. We visited the original location a few years ago so we wanted to give their new location a try. They have a huge selection of burgers and also have chicken and salmon burgers. Breakfast, tenders and salads are coming soon. They also have milkshakes.

On this trip we tried an old school burger and the philly burger. Both were pretty good. We also got a side of fries. The onion rings are huge and super crunchy which was great, but a tad salty in my opinion, but overall good.

Overall definitely worth a try if you love burgers like I do since they have such a wide variety. It is a bit expensive in my opinion, but then again most things these days are expensive.

What an Epik experience lol! I love their lettuce wrapped bison burger and it is so great to have gluten free options! The staff was super friendly! Be kind to them as we were reminded that the staff is still in training. ❤️

We had a great first experience on the Grand Opening Night. The food was very good and while I know it was opening day, the employees were working very hard and it showed.

Menu was very large so of course, we could only get so much. We are excited to try more of the menu.

Welcome to 210!

We'll be back!
