Takeout does not come with the complimentary crab roll which makes sense. Picked up my 3 rolls and only got two small shrimp sauce containers. I asked for extra because that’s the best part and they said it only comes with 2 even thought I got 3 rolls. Stingy

COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! Everything was fantastic. The Rangoons were delicious with this amazing sweet chili sauce. The sushi was huge and so flavorful. The service is so quick and efficient. The soup was also top notch. I worked in a sushi restaurant for five years and this is top tier imo. I live out of state and will be returning.

Service ended up going downhill. On two special occasions the service was the worst when I needed them at their best. This was the best sushi when I was often in town then it went down hill after a while. Stopped going there.

We really enjoy the lunch special at this restaurant. The price is great. They give you a complementary appetizer and the hibachi servings are large and beautifully presented. The food is delicious and the staff are always very friendly. It is spacious and attractive inside, too.

Disappointing Experience with Unacceptable Food Quality and Poor Management
I recently dined at Fancy Sushi & Grill with high expectations, given its reputation. While the initial service from the waitstaff was commendable, the experience took a sharp downturn upon receiving our food. The sushi rolls we ordered had a noticeable off-putting odor, reminiscent of fish that had been improperly stored for days. Unfortunately, I did not detect this until taking a bite, which I promptly had to spit out due to the unmistakably spoiled taste.
Concerned, I politely requested to speak with the manager to address the issue. Regrettably, the manager’s response was far from professional. Upon arriving at our table, he displayed an immediate attitude, which set a confrontational tone. I calmly invited him to smell the food to verify my concern, but instead of addressing the issue with care, he abruptly snatched the plate from the table. To my dismay, the check was then presented, still including charges for the two spoiled rolls—one of which was completely untouched.
When I questioned the inclusion of these items on the bill, explaining that I should not be charged for inedible food, the manager’s response was dismissive and accusatory, implying that I was trying to get the food “for free.” I clarified that this was not the case, as the uneaten rolls were returned to the kitchen, and offered to pay for the single bite taken from one roll, despite its poor quality. The manager reluctantly removed the charges after nearly ten minutes of unnecessary and uncomfortable debate at our table.
This experience was deeply disappointing. The combination of substandard food quality, unprofessional management, and poor customer service reflects poorly on the establishment. While we were happy to pay for the rest of our meal, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. I strongly urge potential diners to exercise caution when considering Fancy Sushi & Grill, as this experience fell far short of basic expectations for a reputable sushi restaurant.

Best sushi and hibachi i’ve had in a long time in jax. Sherri was so so so sweet and accommodating!!!! honestly she mostly made our night as good as it was. the food was still no joke though! everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly. absolutely no complaints!!

I wanted sushi for dinner. I had tried this place about 2 years ago and wasn't impressed. Decided to give it another try and the tuna (which is my go to) again was not very good. There was a slight odor in the fish. The only thing I liked was the steamed rice.

Just moved to the area and was so impressed with everything. They served us a free holiday roll and it was amazing we ended up ordering the roll again while we were there. They are super kind and we love it. This is our new sushi spot and we will definitely be going back regularly.
