Austin Asok was so lovely jubbily at cutting my meat. He truly is an expert in his craft. Low key fire treatment. Funny ass guy too. Tell him he should sign up for comedy he is so funny. Also his chef skills are just ass good. My meat was treated and cooked to perfection. OVERALL = AUSTIN ASOK THE BEST

One thing that will deter me real quick is a bad attitude when it’s your choice to work in the food industry. Whoever is on shift answering the phone today 12/10 at 5:30 has an awful attitude slamming the phone down when asked to place a pick up order. No wonder this place has terrible reviews.

Do not go to this location unless you want to wait 30 minutes, and receive the wrong order. Staff will make you feel like an inconvenience to them. I reached out, but never received a response.

Waited 40 minutes for just two sandwiches. The staff member (big guy) handling the orders seemed overwhelmed, which only added to the delay. I love Firehouse, but if you’re looking for quick service and well made sandwiches, this location isn't the best choice.

We don’t come here often even though we live close by because this location is incapable of making correct orders. Every single time we order they leave off something or forget something else. We specifically tell them no mayo and the sub comes oozing with mayo. We tell them no mustard and it comes with mustard. We order a sub that doesn’t even have mayo on it and it comes with mayo… what’s worse is discovering this after we get home. Find a different sub place if you want to actually get what you ordered, I’m tired of paying for incorrect orders and will gladly go someplace else.

Order a sandwich today with grilled onions and raw onions. Only got the raw, no grilled. Asked for mayo but git marinara. Yuk. Was in hurry so didn't realize til I left with it. Wasted my money very disappointed. What's the sense in asking what we want in it if your gonna make it how you want anyway?

Meh. Not very good subs, Not bad really but just not anything specail at all. Went once. Wont ever go back.

On a Saturday at 1:20 pm it took this location over 40 minutes to make 2 hook and ladders for me. They didn’t offer me anything to compensate waiting over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I didn’t receive my order until 2:10pm. Absolutely horrid efficiency and the employees were arguing amongst themselves about petty personal things

Asked for extra side of dressing on the side of my Italian, boyfriend asked for just dressing on the side. Got neither one and then when I asked before leaving they squeezed the life out of a bottle to get barely 1/3 of the little side cup full and then said sorry we don’t have anymore right now because they didn’t want to go look. They didn’t say anything to us just carried on their conversation. Not only did my bf have dressing on his sandwich, it was drenched, soggy after 5 minutes, and was unable to eat it from the amount of salt on it. We are always very excited for firehouse subs. This was a disappointment. The workers truly did not care about anything but their conversation

Waited 15 minutes past scheduled order time despite staff not being busy and playing with each other. The place wasn't clean, floor was dirty. Will never order from this location again.
