Ordered sub with fries. Meat was cold. I ask them to remake it. They did. asked for fries to be redone so I’d have hot fries when remade sub came. Manager made me keep the fries saying she would not make new ones. Remade made sub was meat was again cold in the middle. $20 for a sandwich place is expensive, the managers attitude was free though! I’ve never been denied a request as simple as new fries. This customer service is awful. Do better.

Terrible customer service from staff there. This franchise needs to be shut down!!! Or have the entire team gutted and same goes for the general manager! Will NEVER step foot in this location again!! How does one allow the type of behavior at this establishment!!!! Food is trash!! Worst location I’ve been to and I’ve been going to firehouse from all over the coast. Never in a million years thought that I would get treated the way I did.

You need to quit skimping on the meat. We have gone here almost every week for over a year and the amount of meat has declined significantly. I will just go to jimmy John’s if you keep it up.
