On a Saturday at 1:20 pm it took this location over 40 minutes to make 2 hook and ladders for me. They didn’t offer me anything to compensate waiting over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I didn’t receive my order until 2:10pm. Absolutely horrid efficiency and the employees were arguing amongst themselves about petty personal things

Asked for extra side of dressing on the side of my Italian, boyfriend asked for just dressing on the side. Got neither one and then when I asked before leaving they squeezed the life out of a bottle to get barely 1/3 of the little side cup full and then said sorry we don’t have anymore right now because they didn’t want to go look. They didn’t say anything to us just carried on their conversation. Not only did my bf have dressing on his sandwich, it was drenched, soggy after 5 minutes, and was unable to eat it from the amount of salt on it. We are always very excited for firehouse subs. This was a disappointment. The workers truly did not care about anything but their conversation

Austin the General Manager was beyond rude and ignored customer needs just to be in the back to chop onions with his AirPod in. Our food was getting cold and we just needed sauce and when asked he said the guy up front will do it, but the guy up front was already very busy and needed help. We come here all the time and it was disgusting how we were treated.

So this is gotten to be a place that my wife loves. So we come here quite a bit. I will highly recommend using the app to place your order at a time. And that way you orders ready for you when you walk in. They're always friendly. I don't know that they've ever gotten anything in our order wrong..

I love Firehouse subs. I will go out of my way to avoid this location. The entire staff had long faces,NOT a single employee was friendly. Cashier was ultra dull. The fountain drink machine was spewing water out,but still offered me fountain drink cups with my combos. I laughed and left my cups there. This franchisee needs to pull up his/her socks. I will never use this location again.

Been here for a to go order for over 15 minutes. I've watched one guy fool around in the back line while one kid moves and makes the subs. No sense of urgency. Shouldn't take this long for a to go order.

First issue with Alissa at cr210 Been coming here for 4 years never an issue. Asked for well done steak. She said it’s just the way it comes! I get it well done all the time! I asked her several different times with several different options and she certainly lacks personality and has snappy remarks! Not pleased with this young lady!

Honestly, I don't see where people don't like this place. The Subs are good, they have all the drinks you could ever want. Service is very quick. The place has a touch to it, the paintings, the scenery, everything makes it look nice.It's a very nice place, hands down. I will definitely be continuing to come to Firehouse SubsP.S: It's usually not very busy so there isn't really a line to order which is very nice.
